Hi, I just got the G7FX (first 7 string plus first headless) and wanted to tune it down a whole step. After figuring out I just had to drill out the finetuners to tune down that one step, the high E string started to snare and fret 2 went dead in it. Any suggestion how to solve it? Taking the tiny allen key to turn up the bridge part screw of the high E string should work but is it the only way to get back to full intonation after tuning down? Or do I have to restring high E? Thanks for any advice and greetings from Germany.

I have a 2020 Ghost in Cali Cobalt, the 2nd finetuner is incredibly hard to turn. It's the only one. Any way to fix that?

@@GulagFather yea there's more videos out besides this one. The bridge works but its definitely a huge learning curve. I got it but it took 2 hours the first time. Ok so take Phillips screwdriver and loosen screw inside of tuning peg first on the string your doing. Then loosen tuning peg all the way. Insert downward bent string ball end, hold it there and then tighten the screw with screwdriver again. Then start turning tuning peg. Get really skinny screwdriver to fit in the hole. Hope this helps

The max on the low one on their 8 string is somewhere between 80-85, is imagine it’s similar for the 7th string if not exactly the same
