Lol that poor crippled old man wasn't making liquor as a hobby just for himself and friends. He was selling it for profit and money. It's silly to act like he did nothing wrong like the law was wrong for arresting him and sentencing him lol. If he was only distilling liquor for himself and his family I would agree with you but the guy was profiting and making money. The whole "it's my heritage" stuff goes out the window once you're doing it for profit. He was making thousands of dollars in unreported revenue over YEARS. And we're supposed to feel bad? If any of us did that doing something else we'd be in the slammer and you would tell us we deserved it.

That should just show us that its not about right or wrong. Its about money and control. It doesn't matter if you're committing a victimless crime. You're getting your money independently without being forced into this slave system. Freedom? You honestly think we're free? I can walk into the woods and live off the land right now. I've tried. Even on public land your trespassing or " illegally camping ". We're backed up into a corner and forced to be a member of this society. This cult in my opinion. In this cult you have to " work " to survive. If we dont have the choice for our work to be own survival, living off the land, we're slaves that can pick our jobs. The only way you can live like that is if you bought your freedom. Which would take most their whole life time, plus a generation or two, to be able to afford. Property tax, the guise of keeping us safe. It's all used to keep us controlled, Keep us dependent on government that we get the illusion of thinking has our best interest at heart. Were manipulated, lied to, even killed to keep this system in place. Our democracy is a farce, we have no say. We can make suggestions that's it. I'm praying for us, but the occupying force isn't an army we can see anymore. Like the bible said " we war with principles " today. Its the royals and the serfs except globally now... We rebelled when we saw and knew we were being taken advantage of. This was their solution to that. They get most to label this crazy conspiracy theories so they discredit it before even looking into it. I'm not talking lizard men here. We got it good in america, even if were poor. But those opportunities come at the expense of the areas that are struggling. And were powerless to even help those areas struggling. We can only help those areas struggling if it doesn't take away from the powers that be. True agendas are hidden, but the paths to those agendas are wrapped up and fed to the public in a way that makes them seem beneficial, logical ,or heroic. Our cops take an oath to uphold the constitution yet they'll stomp on it when their higher ups tell them to. The cops of today, work for them, not us. Things jut keep getting worse and worse too. You can see the divide and conquer agenda they'd pushing They about to turn everyone anti government into " the domestic terrorist " so we'll all be pointing the fingers at each other. They'll then leverage that fear to have us give over more of our rights. Rinse and repeat, its what they do. And most people eat it up because the nail that sticks out gets hammered. The media brainwashing people to the left. And you either agree or you're a racist. Both sides have vilified each other. The right isn't equally represented because they want small government. Can't have us all wanting that. But its two wings of the same decrepit bird. Dive and conquer. Propaganda, subversion, manipulation. Idk what we do about it, when we can't see the general calling the shots. In the past we've stropped this by banning together, starting militias and taking back what's ours. Thats what the second amendment is about. The poets that be want a civil war and that shouldn't be an option for us. They thrive off of create the problem be the solution. They want that new civil war and are doing everything in their power to start it, so once we fight and the smoke clears they can appear to be our saving grace.

you can get a basic stilling license. (home use) but you have to jump through some Major hoops man. like for instance.. here in NY, The Alcohol and tobacco, tax and trade Bureau (TTB) will need a review of: the principals’ tax history, criminal records, architectural drawings of the building, a lease copy, a bond/surety to cover estimated excise tax liability, And a review the equipment intended for use. And at the same time, the NY State And Liquor Authority (SLA) requires: an extensive review of the proposed distillery including but not limited to a background check, financial review of the owners and principals, review of the finances for the distillery, and finger printing. to make things even crazier, some zones require landlords aprovals and copies of the lease/rental agreements. Made it through all that? Congrats! you can legally produce your own liquor! ( But you still cant sell it yet). you need to jump through more hoops to get a selling permit. hopes this helps for those who want to start a business but is worried about the law enforcements. :)

Greg Schlegel who are you to judge whether he was wicked or not ? It’s funny people wanna use scripture but God also tells us Matthew 7:1-5 “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.”

Please stop. You not only do not know the bible or the gospel. You sound like one of jobs supposed friends. You have no idea how you become a stumbling block to the gospel with your condemnation. Your faults and sins aren't known. If you know one tiny fraction of gospel then you know very well the story of the thief. You don't know what the man prayed. So just stop being one of the absolute worst examples of Christian I've yet to witness. If the man had faith, he was saved. So I don't know what ritual and traditions you think give you some lofty sense of condemnation_ but the bible does not. If you cannot witness within context and comfort with God's words_ you need to study more. Because unless you were with the man on his last breath__ or reading his mind. You have no clue. And here is some biblical wisdom__ you job as Christ's ambassador is to witness (his) truth. It's not Scripture knowledge we have to stab and stone with. That's not the holy spirits work.

My grandpa, born 1888, used to hide liquor in his barn for Al Capone during the Prohibition days./ Northumberland Strait. Then they'd pick up the Likker in Model Ts and bring it back to the States. They usually did this at night. They'd put wood in the middle of the roads and light it on fire, so no 1 would go by/ drive down the roads while the Model Ts were being loaded. True story. - In a way, Mr. Popcorn Sutton reminds me of my grandpa and the olden ways. The good old days, as we/ Popcorn Sutton would say... - Cheers Popcorn. This 1's for you -

that is an awesome history you have there . don't be afraid to share it. . it is our American history!! . My great grandmother used to sell corn whiskey during prohibition . . And it wasn't even a lot. she bought a couple gallons a month straight from the moonshiners down south(about a 3 hour drive), and she would bring it up home to the city to sell. She broke it down to pint bottles and even half pints(I guess for medicine tinctures and things). . She didn't cut it or nothing. but the mark up was just enough, that she would easily double hers and my great grandfathers monthly salary. . pretty cool when I learn my GGMA was selling Shine. . lol peace, Eric
