橋の問題 「壊れずに渡れる橋」と「渡ったら壊れる橋」 両方とも問題なく渡れる。 壊れる橋の方も、渡った後に壊れるのなら問題なく渡れる。 バケツの問題 「密度が同じで質量が小さくなる」 密度が同じで質量が小さくなるなら、筋繊維も比例して小さくなるから、当然に筋力は下がる。 例えば、体型が同じでも、体重100kgを超えるような大男と50kgの小男では、筋肉組織の密度は同じでも大男の方が筋力はある。 なので（体重が下がったことによってジャンプ力が上がったとしても）、ジャンプしてバケツからの脱出は不可能。
