Let me tell yer you talk about legends . Well one of my uncles and his associate were behind Howard Marks when he first started out in Oxford. All the rich and famous were easy targets with plenty of dough. All the Eton crowd. They used to make their own acid. In them days taxis used to ferry the gear about. Marks through his Oxford high society contacts managed to start smuggling hashish from Pakistan through Ireland. Back by money. My uncle and his associate turned to Holland and they went separate ways. Howard Marks claims his was his hash that Bill Clinton smoked in fact it would have been supplied to him from my uncle.
