Harry is on another level. No one is on his level, not even the OGs you mentioned. I haven't heard anyone that has done the things he's done and done so consistently. He's done plenty where he's taken the 3 words and made up a chorus from the get-go and then schemed each word and brought back the chorus each time to make a straight-up complete song. He's an alien.

Nocando is still the best conceptual freestyler I've ever heard in terms of weaving patterns and comprehensive schemes together. Juice is right up there too. Harry Mack has a lot of premeditated filler type of lines..."frying MCs like bacon" "cooking MCs like a chicken breast" "I'm spicy like chicken in hot sauce" "leave you fried like chicken wings"...it's a lot of using the topic at hand as a connecting point to what ends up being pretty filler type of punches. Saying "I'll (verb) (MCs/you) like (relate to topic)" is obviously tough too, especially over a long period of time, but most freestyle battlers have been doing that for years. Look at Charron for instance, he's been doing that forever. Harry Mack doesn't have nearly as many of those conceptual schemes - a great example in this one was relating the chicken to having rythym like drumsticks, with a double entendre - if he was doing that over and over then this would be truly mindblowing. But I think most people who have followed battle rap and freestyle rap for years would probably say there are people who are different levels to HM when it comes to schemes and storytelling. Not to say Harry Mack isn't great at this himself, not taking anything away from him, more just commenting because people who find this channel might find this useful for going down a rabbit hole.

Do your OG's all even have the brain power to freestyle an entire beat (3 to 4+ minutes) ? (animal, object, person, element) ? Can your OG's adjust their freestyle to their audience like a tailor, deliberately picking words and creating bars they will understand ? Can they spit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 hours STRAIGHT just over live chats or else ? Can they spit a whole beat over just one word, one concept or idea ? Can they ride ANY TYPE of beats or don't they always stick to the same type of beats they're comfortable with ? Can they spit in ANY TYPE of (different) STYLES or don't they have their own style they will stick to whatever the beat is ? Can they freestyle a chorus and (or) a song (not to add on command) ? Can they freestyle over 6/7 words or short phrases ? Can they switch the beats in the middle of a freestyle ? Can they multitask while freestyling ? Can they off top freestyle an EP ? Can they off top freestyle a whole show/concert ? Is there only ONE of your OG's who can DO AAAALLLL THAT ? How many documented OFF TOP freestyles can you find for each of your OG's (how many OFF TOP freestyles did they do ?)? Or even, how many documented "freestyles" can we find for each of them ? I was born before Hip Hop, I didn't grow up on it, I grew up WITH it. Hip Hop and music in general have played a huge role in my life. I won't tell more, cause it's not about me nor it's the point here. But Nah Homie, reality is reality. Harry Mack is the freakin GOAT and the closest second (past AND present) is still two planets away from him (it's just the beginning though, as he will add another planet to the gap).

Nice first reaction guys, but you need to hear the last one, believe me (And you can be sure you'll hear about that skip). Great analogy with the comedian process of work. The main difference I would see though, is the intimacy and the personal level HM is doing his thing at. Indeed, a comedian is performing for a crowd or a group of people, so his work is more global, he's reading the crowd's vibe and adapting to it (which is already crazy), but there's nothing individual, it's not a one on one thing. Plus, the vast majority of comedians don't improvise much, they will only try to match their prepared craft to the crowd and do small changes. The freestyler is reading the person's vibe, it's more intimate, it's personal, it's a one on one thing, it's a tailored (customized) work where you take everything directly inda face, personally, with no filter and create accordingly onda spot (it's ruthless, there's no mercy).

Loved the reaction but the last song was great too and I was hoping to see your thoughts. I loved the breakdown of the mindset of scheming the rhymes. After watching that blasphemy scheme enough times, it's clear he spent all of his remaining mental energy getting to all the words he could rhyme with blasphemy, and then he couldn't quite recall the keyword. Once they fed him the word, it's like his cache got cleared and he sped up again. Also, I love how he referred to Anthony as a wack clown who needs to back down, without being too mean about it. Clearly, those kids were harmless but a little annoying.

Amazing to see you guys finally getting to the freestyle goat that is H Mack! Should really check out his Rap Coltrane EP. He's pushing the limits of freestyles with it, and it's definitely my favorite H Mack content so far. I'm also pretty certain you'll enjoy it more than the Omegle Bars stuff, since it more closely relates to the roots of hip hop and is skipping out on some of the more cringy stuff that sometimes, inevitably, comes along with social interactions between strangers! Good stuff, guys. To me, you're just as much the goat reactors as H Mack is the goat freestyler!
