As Thais who live in bkk, never had this kind of Rad nah myself. Have to get out and try some. Good work to support local restaurants.

We are in Thailand!!! We watched this video today, and changed our minds of where to eat today... and WOW! We had the Rad Na with the Beef and the Fish. We were amazed with the food, and SOO worth the trip. Thank You for your channel and your great recommendations!!
I haven’t been back to Thailand since early 2000. But this new style of lad na with crispy fried noodle would definitely bring me back. It’s also great to see new and young chef expanding traditional Thai lad na into a fusion version. I wish Gam all the best in her restaurant and more people to venture outside mainstream Bangkok for a different take on traditional food. I sure will try to make it there. Swadee and Aloha from Hawaii 🌺🌺🌺

Ms. Gam (Cheek) is on her way to become a legend, guys! She is naturally pretty, friendly & humble. A perfect combination, for sure. I've never eaten crispy Rad Na, but it looks tantalizing. 😋

Hi Gary, I've watched your clips all the time but not all of them and I rarely comment. I was surprised that I rarely saw tourists review Rad Na. Today, I would like to thank you for recommending this storefront. It looks very delicious. Her cheeks were meticulously made with intention. If I have a chance, I'll try it. Because I live all the way to Rama 9, Bangkok.

All good, but I would so much rather eat there without the cameras and just enjoy. I wish I could cook like that, but over here we have these smoke and fire detectors that would shut me down. I want that beef, and I've started using that sweet soy sauce which adds a great touch to the dishes, plus I now have fresh galangal and lemon grass that I keep in small packets in the freezer.
