He made that look way too easy. This whole video is crazy. On that note, I did notice the following: 2:31 doesn't count due to the dropped weight, but still beast. 2:50 your boy in the background celebrating, though Whole lot of hitching going on, most notably 3:14, 3:37 (say it ain't so, Mariusz), and 7:21 (hitching tutorial)

Honorable mention should be given to Bob Peoples, an American deadlift specialist that weighed about 181lb that in the 1940's could deadlift 700+ lbs. No movies of him are available but several photos were published in the old Strength and Health Magazine in the 50's and 60's. It was mostly exhibition lifting since power-lifting contests like we know today started in the late 50's or early 60's. He was thin and had very long arms . He did not use straps. He has been forgotten completely.

Alex, might wanna calm down on the narcissism. Not trying to be rude but I see your comment pattern and as the original poster of this video, comments personally striking somebody, especially at this day and age in youtube, can easily get your channel flagged for suspension. Awesome deadlift in that video, but striking out at somebody and making yourself seem better than another can get you flagged. Take it from somebody who had a channel revoked from the same comment pattern. Not being rude, just some heedence.

It's simply amazing how God created the human body..... We're talking a little over one half ton, and the body holds true..... It just seems at these weights, arms should be ripping clean out of shoulder sockets.....!!!! lol......
@AlexWolstencroft
@AlexWolstencroft 7 жыл бұрын
For you, it probably would tear your rotator cuffs and dislocate your shoulders, and there literally is no "we" lifting half a ton, because it's one guy (Eddie Hall), and a handful of guys who come close (Benni Magnusson, Brian Shaw, Hafthor Bjornsson, Jerry Pritchet, Andy Bolton, Zydrunas Savickas, Martin Wildauer, and a few others). The average Joe might be able to get to 500 lbs if he works hard which is not impressive.

scott crabtree yh amazing, mind ask him why he made a lot of us needing glasses? Or why our own Bodies turn against us and causes cancer? Or why he created parasites that lives in humans. Thx
@AlexWolstencroft

hardc00re10 Yup, and why would a select few families own the banking systems of the entire world to parasitically feed off the rest of the humans on the entire fucking planet?

Prior to The Garden of Eden, everything was like what Heaven is now. The very second, Man disobeyed God is when death entered in to the picture, and all the negative things that come from parasites, to old age, became part of our lives. I hope I was able to answer your question myself, to your satisfaction. Please feel free to ask me anything else, and I will do my best to answer your questions with 100% accuracy. You're welcome!!!! God bless you!!!!

But if you’ve never asked why our world is infected with pain and suffering, you will when they strike you with full force or they come to a loved one. And Jesus said they are coming. Unlike some other religious leaders who wrote off pain and suffering as just being illusions, Jesus was honest. He told us the truth. He said in John 16:33, “You will have suffering in this world.” He didn’t say you might - he said it is going to happen.

Alex Wolstencroft i was gonna comment the same :-P i think thats a much more impressive lift than for example mark bells 675 considering the guy is heavier and trained all his life for powerlifting and than there is a weightlifter who randomly decides to destroy him still cool video! keep it up!
