I’m trying to find an old super Mario world strategy guide magazine that I got years ago in a grocery store and it wasn’t Nintendo power or Game Pro. It had a grey border around the front of the magazine and was $29.99 back then. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction on where to maybe find a copy? Awesome collection, I would keep it as another museum piece, walk into like a golf ball type room with all Nintendo Powers postered up around the whole thing inside so people can see it through all the ages. Or create a little maze with Nintendo powers through the ages to showcase them and the history!

I had a subscription to Nintendo Power for years going up. From issue 1 for probably 6-7 years. I imagine my old man tossed them a few years after I moved out. Sometimes I dig around in mom’s attic in the hopes they’re stashed there. I have 40+ consoles in my collection, but this is the thing I wished had survived. Impossible to replace

Every time i watch i see stuff i want around the shop. Do you do postal orders? just thinking if you where to do a video walkthrough of your shelf stock say 20 mins we could watch, pause etc see if there was stuff wanted. You would get increased footfall and loads of post orders.

ohhhhh...if only Xenosaga III was in that box! I have the Xenosaga III that came with that cool holographic art thing along with I and II. Swapped them into brand new PS2 cases from sealed $5 PS2 game and two sealed copies of GOW2 for the ones with two discs. Box them up in a acid free plastic protector and display them. Going to put them in those acrylic protector from Kollector Protector and is golden! All disc and manual MINT and PROUD!

It seems like it is a well kept quality collection. 1st you should get it insured, then send them off to be scanned. After that you can make commission off of lending them out for display at other stores. Which will also allow for on loan for display purposes from retro ricks game point to be featured in other shops to help with advertising.

Keep them!! I’m still collecting the official Nintendo UK ones. Still have a bunch from when I was in my teens so they’re quite special. I have a full year for 1998 during N64 days and most of 1999. I’m aiming for 1997 issues now 😁

I’d keep it and use the ones u already have in your personal collection to upgrade some of those. And sell the ones that you have doubles of etc. Display these in your game room. We also need an update before and after since you now own a store of how the game room has been impacted

It's probably the WORST suggestion you're likely to catch for what to do with the full Nintendo Power, but - a rotating in-store feature where people can take a minute and read through old magazines. I understand that this will inevitably cause damage to the items which is of the utmost fear to collectors, but as a store which also has some museum functions, it'd be a pretty special feature.
