Congratulations, Jon, on True! If I hadn't known it was with The Band Geeks, I would have believed it to be a new Yes album! It sounds like a record you could have made with Chris, Rick, Steve, and Alan! Ritchie is amazing! It's like he helped you resurrect YES from the 70s! And your voice sounds the same as it did 53 years ago when I first began listening to YES!🎤🎵🎶🙌🩵

Jon and the Geeks could totally do the whole True album live now. Everyone who loves him and his music will be familiar with it now, and will want to hear it live.

@@progreport... as oppose to 'YES', I'd like to call the band 'TRUE'... Just like when Peter Banks gave the idea to called YES by then... 😍 JA as the true mentor for this type of 'musical landscape' known as Yes-music before.

I got to be honest. I'm not often a huge fan of artists who leave their big bands and go out solo. I totally understand it and respect it but it's not often the music actually does much for me. This latest Jon Anderson release is a big exception to all of that. I think it sounds great and especially the more "rocking" parts are fantastic. I highly recommend this album to anyone!

Jon was sick during a tour and the band hired a singer and kept going. They left him. Huge mistake but Howe wanted the power and money.

Jon is my favourite singer and he sounds so great on this album. I can think of only one person who still sounds so good at this age of life, Glenn Hughes.

“True” to the history of the Yes musical merry go round. Ah, so that’s why he called it True…!

The epic on the album really feels like Ladder era (but even better than that album tbh) Yes and Awaken (but not as good as that) Yes had a baby with slight Magnification vibes. Maybe a bit of Keys to Ascension vibes too. Actually insane that he's able to compose something that sounds like the best of later Yes like that all these years later at such a high level of quality. Although he said he composed it with Richie and Christopher so huge props to them as well for nailing that vibe. Thank you for letting him go in depth on how that one was composed thats the number one thing I wanted to learn from clicking on this video LMAO

I was hoping the album artwork would be a sideways shot of Jon leaning out of a royal mail van giving the thumbs up driving along a rainbow like a cosmic Postman Pat.
