Material is : PVC pipe Schedule 40, also known as Pressure Pipe: 60mm diameter, 3.5mm wall thickness. T-piece has 5mm wall thickness. Avoid buying weaker DWV (drainage waste vent) pipe which has a wall thickness of 1-2mm. Note if pipe is stated as 50mm or 2inch, this refers to the nominal diameter (like its minimal internal flow), not the outside. My fitting were 2inch schedule 40 pieces, but took a 60mm diameter pipe.
Much cheaper online, I recommend getting the fittings (T-pieces, elbows etc) from www.pipeonline.com.au (in Australia). It was about $95 delivered from Perth to Melbourne. Buy pipe length local as this is normally cheap

Hey legend, it's sim, I enjoyed the videos and good tutorials. The tip on how to de-glue the pipes with a heat gun was good to know especially if a mistake was made. Those pipe clamps look interesting; I'll have to keep an eye out for these around here in the US. Also, I see you found that issue with height of the seat in relation to the position of the heels. The trick is to raise the entire rig above the ground if one desires a higher platform.

I'm 6 foot tall. Seat is on rails so it fits taller or shorter drivers, prob within a couple of inches either way. These pvc designs can be easily adjusted to fit you, just move the seat position and the wheel mount position to suit before U bolt it down.

I believe they’re filled with cement! Or sand! Could. Run them in sand or both really.
