Wow, Legendoftotalwar actually carried on and got out of debt and finished with nearly 160k in the bank and , so stunned were the Egyptians that they just gave him Jerusalem. That last turn in debt and the desperate destruction of buildings to buy one peasant in London. Cheers and thanks for 4 episodes of sheer entertainment. Epic!

@@jackwei22 did a normal wre campaign but decided to stay Christian. Jesus chriest fml so many sieges, corruption level italy x greece, Huns show up, armies all run. 9/11 my empire survived intact but culture was dead. Would suffer again.

This may be the best M2TW campaign ever played, I think it's possible someone else could do the Blitz campaign equally well but I'm not sure anyone could do this in anywhere close to the (real life) time legend did it and with anything like the ease he did it with. That was just amazing.

you can beat this easy if you start abusing the blitz glitches. There is a glitch were you can win a settlement assault without even fighting. The ai just walks outside the settlement while under siege and you get it. It is a glitch legend was unware of (or still is). Doing this with the propper timing you could theoretically get full map dominations with 80 ish units and 20-40 ish turns (also abusing the movement glitches). Remember when you take all cities a faction goes rebel and will most likely not attack anymore. If they do send a single unit back and recapture. I do agree that legend is one of the best players at medieval 2 (and most total wars for that matter) and one of very few that could get out of this mess.

This 4 video series was really epic!!! I saw him saving campaigns from a single settlement but this case was really special. He couldn't hire any military unit or build anything to make money or increase public order until pay that hugeeee debt!!! Now he has another motto i guess. @LegendofTotalWar always pays his debt! :) Cheers !!

This whole series has been incredibly confusing. Instead of sending wave after wave of peasants until your enemies capitulate, you send in your generals, kings, and rulers to do the dirty work. i have to keep this channel in mind if i ever get in a hard bind on a game one of the worse campaigns i ever got was i owned 2/3 of the map in rome 2 just shy of the victory but i was under attack from most of the factions left (thankfully they disliked each other still ) i had slave revolts every turn and i just got a civil war going and i was starting to lose money fast becuse my money makers was either sacked by the slaves or turned on me or about to be taken by the other factions i managed to pull through barely

I so goddamn hated those fucking inquisitors. But you can kill them like any other agent, surround them, and then put a unit on their tile and bye bye inquisitors. I'd even train several units for just that purpose. I never allow rebels, priests of other faiths, heretics or inquisitors on my land. Goddamn cockroaches the lot of them. Securing my nation takes precedence over crushing foreign enemies.
