Not a villain. Michael paid too big a price.. and has been angry with the others. They speak in codes to one another.. Michael watched as Jeep failed the test he watched after the test .. his inspirational speech of how Jeep gave him hope. The fact he had evolved and was changing . Was t9 inspire Jeep before his test. Michael wasn’t there during the test saw it afterwards.But what Jeep had done in the past was too great. And Michael could tell he was still hypocrite so he knew h3 ha$ failed. He cursed a5 Gabriel humans aren’t allowed on hisown will to mistreat angels. Angels have being fight8ng a hard fight and they do not need humans coming in their way. He got tested himself he wouldn’t let Gabriel Kill a human. Not that it hasn’t been their jobs . Now demons hav3 been doing it. Hence the cop who got killed by the one who was possessed.. he got killed because eighteen it was his karma or he failed the test when he asked the other to take the shot . They aren’t allowed killing .. not even a cop sometimes it is not their fault and they have believed that they were damned and might have gotten damned thinking they were responsible for a sin that would not be forgiving. Their moral character was shown first they weren’t very good.

Legion was a super underrated film. I know that phrase gets thrown around a lot, but in this case it's really true. This film did poorly at the box office and it barely made a dent with the people who actually went to see. This film had a great story, lots of action and a super climax! Today, this would be called a "popcorn" movie, but back when it came out, it was just lost in a sea of other crappy, far less worthy, films!
