I wish I could afford one of these, it looks like an awesome project. I'd have a lot of fun putting this together and pride wearing it because of the "I made this" feel of accomplishment factor. Great video. Thanks.

You have more patience and steadier hands than I do, my friend. But I enjoyed watching you assemble it.

Worst part of DIY is keeping everything clean. I'm myself in a similar project. It is nice to have all parts fitting together. Many bezel inserts have to be modded or bezel itself. I'd love they did chapter ring like the Seiko did. With a notch. The case even nice seems a lot like those you can find on a ebay in various sizes and finishes (from China). Nice from them to toss in two pairs of hands. My first attempt was "successfull" but the dials were done so I have to order now new pair. Hey those found in DIY world are not as good as OEM parts. I guess one can choose bracelet I do not like nato straps or this parashoot strap. Nice video.

Good job. Remark. You didn't use rodico and dust blower on upper christal before casing the movement and thus dust particles between dial and christal.

It was fun to watch someone else wrestle with mounting the hands for a change! I myself lost a lot of seconds hands to my floor, and man that is frustrating as hell! I noticed you didn't dust off the dial directly. Like myself, making an obvious mistake. We, like many others are not watchmakers, but we learn as we try.! You did well my friend.

Not a bad little package for the price. Also a great introduction for people who want to get into modding. The tools appear to be pretty decent quality and I really like the watch as well. I built myself a custom DLC SKX007 and I spent quite a bit more on all the components and necessary tools. Nice job btw! 👍😎

This kit is actually compatible with Seiko parts, so I'm already thinking about tinkering with my Seiko 5s

Nice package... damn, you did a great job, so don't beat yourself up over it, as you have the camera side to deal with too, and the bezel looked spot on... huge thumbs my friend, cheers for sharing amazing content as always :))

Great product. They actually have three different watches available.

Well, you can definitely install the second hand without the loupe. You just need to adjust your workspace: - More light - Move the movement and the pinion to your eyes level - Hold the second hand with a piece of rodico - Press the second hand That's how I do it and I have modded about 30 watches

I have a question or more of a curiosity. While resizing my stainless steel bracelet (Tissot T Classic One watch) I managed to leave a few marks on the bracelet. Can it corrode?

A great review and it's very nice but would like a version without the tools that I already own so it doesnt cost the same as buying an already assembled watch.
