Actually, Speed Champions uses that piece a lot, to connect the rear wing onto racing vehicles.

I was skeptical about this set from the leaked images a few weeks ago, but seeing the cars up-close (and in higher resolution) makes them a whole lot better. Definitely going to pick this one up Also, those new fenders will be very useful for some custom MOCs

I realized that this series of LEGO mostly does big sets of Ferrari. It’d be nice to have MORE big sets of Mclaren, Porsche, etc.

I think they can do a mclaren version of this set as well. The Formula 1 car can be the Mp4/4 , the 250 GTO can be replaced by the Mclaren F1 and the GT car can be the Mp4-12c

Yea but its supposed to be that the car is from the time period that its from, but the set is in modern day and the minifigs are people who have gotten something like a driving experience to drive the old car.

For all of you complaining on how to properly align tiny Lego stickers: - It often helps placing small parts that are difficult to grasp on a bigger part, like a 2x6 plate. - Use tweezers or a scalpel to apply. - Speed champions sets always include a wrench that can be used in place of a scalpel.

oh this set is pretty tempting for me. As much as I grew up cheering for Ferrari on F1, their lego sets never quite struck me as much as these do. I really hope Mazda joins the speed champions family, but until then, I'll start saving up for this set.

ROTSTarge LEGO has seemingly been avoiding Japanese makers, but since I have more of a preference for European and American vehicles, I don’t really mind it. That being said, I certainly would not complain if LEGO released a Mazda 787B or a Skyline in Speed Champions.

This reminds me of the old Lego Racers Ferrari sets 8144 and 8762. I had both of those when I was a kid...this really takes me back. Too bad those sets are really rare now. Jang, it would be super cool if you somehow managed to get your hands on those old sets. Anyway, great video as always!

Every year the Largest speed champions sets are similar. 2/4 of them are ferrari, and 2/4 of them are F1 teams, but the porsche pit lane isn't, which is why I love it!

I’m not sure why Lego decided to have both a 488 GTE and 488 GT3 in this wave, the builds look (I don’t have this set yet, but do have the GT3) nearly identical with the exception of a couple pieces.
