As he slowly zoomed up his collection of mini figs, I could only watch, stuck in a Limbo of fear and envy. It was excellent, beautiful, majestic. It blinded me in pure, unadulterated, beauty. Good job Ashens.

The lion comes from Richard I. Also known as Richard the lionheart, he once ruled England as its king. His crest featured 3 lions (this crest can still be found on some £1 coins) and this has lead to the lion being featured on flags etc.

That sort of depends, they come in a blind bag so you don't know what you're getting. So you might get lucky, pick up the number of figures in bags and never get a duplicate but you probably won't. Some hobby or game shops open up bags and you can buy them separately at a slight upcharge but a full set of unwrapped ones will usually run about 30-40USD. So you'll spend at least that (if not more) on a normal set.

The Lion has been used since even before GB existed. The kingdoms of Scotland and England wore Lions as sigils in the middle ages; England with 3 to compensate for the awesomeness of Scotland's single badass Lion of course ;) Also worthy of note that there are two sort of "mascots" for Great Britain...The Lion and The Unicorn...(they are on the Coat of Arms, and other inbread royal guff)...not a single clue why.

Please don't hurt me but when I was much younger, I did in fact burn a Lego man. Only a tiny amount of flame required and he burnt down to nothing on his own. Covered the room in a thick stringy black mess. Pretty sure I inhaled a lot of it... No idea if they still use the same plastic.

@devolve198712 жыл бұрын
I would say that they are 2 completely different things. The British use of U is to do with using the french version of the words (something to do with the Normans). The American versions are a simplification, closer to that of the original Latin. It's a choice that was consciously made, neither are right or wrong, it's more akin to a different dialect in the UK. Phished123 has put it perfectly for Lego, it is a brand name, so would not normally take the plural.

Well Stuart, there is no Karate in the Olympics because Karate is spread out in a variety of different schools, each with it's own regulations and rules et cetera. So they'd have to make up new rules and that requires effort. I hope this helps.
