The tank stickers never really stuck very well. I remember that as a kid as I built this set the day the MN Vikings Gary Anderson missed his first field goal of that season making the them miss another super bowl.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video, perhaps being nostalgic to see this set again. I love it. I actually recently bought the Bar Code Multi-set truck, so when I eventually build that it will sit well with this Tow Truck! Have a superb week ahead.

I like it enough that I might get one, but I do think it's a shame that it didn't come with a Technic figure. For now my savings will be going to the 42128 tow truck and the 42110 Land Rover though, and in a few months I hope to be able to get the 42114 Volvo articulated hauler and maybe the 8880 super car too.

Hi Jeroen, thanks for commenting! I like your future purchase choices. I don't own the new Tow Truck or Articulated Hauler. But I saw the hauler in action on the Lego Expo and it goes well with the Liebherr Excavator so I may pick up the hauler in the future if I can get is for a good price. You can see both the hauler & excavator in action in my latest video (the one for the Canberra Lego BrickExpo) if you are interested. As for the 8880, superb choice! I have one, new in box and unbuilt. I'll get to it one day!

My favorite vintage set is Williams f1 8461. I have the Ferrari from that era, but Williams not. If you can, please make a review of the set 8461

Hi there, thanks for commenting! I don't have the Williams F1 vintage Technic set, I just looked it up on BrickLink at the lowest price condition new set is $1200! (I don't buy used vintage Lego) ...so unfortunately this is not a set I would buy. But I do have the 8880 which I've been planning to build for a while, that 'may' feature in a video next year. It depends. I'm actually going to be focusing more time back onto MOC design and also on my new website next year versus creating KZbin content. But I'll explain that in the New Year. Just had this thought: instead of using the old stickers, you could have them scanned and printed. That way you get fresh stickers to apply and keep the original sheet!

Too late now! On that note I have to find somewhere that will print high quality stickers suitable to Lego models. I've got a few custom builds coming up this year that are going to need stickers. Do you have any sources or ideas for this?

Hi Anthony, I've already got my next few videos planned out. What would you like to know or see about it? It's Lego set #8070 with all of the red parts replaced with white and some black parts + some blue beams for the stripe down the middle. I can actually email you an LDD model file if you like?

Hi Sophia, sorry I'm leaving my 911 RSR as-is and I won't be doing another video on that model. There are plenty of other KZbin videos and also instructions on Rebrickable about making that set RC'd. I'm sure on those sites you will be able to find the information that you need!
