Setareh Sanjarani I have been doing cardio 3 x a week and toning 4 x a week (sometimes both on the same day) i try to have 1-2 rest days a week, along with eating as clean as possible. in 4 weeks i went down a dress size and really toned up.

Hi, Nat! What specifically are you struggling with? Balance? Difficulty? Without knowing exactly what you are struggling with, my brief suggestion would be to perform the supermans one side at a time and to hold your upper body more upright during leg extensions. The reason behind both of these suggestions is assisted balance-by keeping one foot planted during supermans and your center of gravity more aligned during the crunches, you will be able to balance much more easily. Hope this helps!

Thanks for a great workout; the time went by really quickly but I felt I could do (with some effort!) everything asked of me. Also loved there wasn't any additional equipment needed! One question; I'm looking to tone up as I've recently hit the weight I've been aiming for (go me!). Which would help me reach my goal best; repeating this routine daily, or doing a different routine every day? If the latter, do you have any other Legs Bums and Tums routines as I really enjoyed your style.

I suffer from sciatica and had my third baby. Would you recommend this exercise as I have weak core and weak back. If not please advise which of your videos best suites my condition. I would like to lose lower body fat and tone at the same time. I tired this video and one or two of the moves proved challenging for me otherwise not too bad at all.
Have you tried being on a diet but still ended up gaining weight? This is not surprising. I was watching this useful video this morning and I discovered that males and females need to shed weight slightly in a different way. This may be the reason why you haven't been successful. I have like a general question that may sound slightly dumb but I honestly don't know. I have hypoglycaemia, (basically I need more glucose/sugar in order to well, live), and I was wondering that if I like drank flavoured water rather than just normal water, would it still have somewhat the same affect?

First time working out with you...AWESOME!!! My new years goal is to lose weight and get back into shape - I do do Yoga so some of these moves were easy others not so much - but hey thats why there is perserverence... but my goal weight is 110 - 115 for a 5'3" frame... I'm eating/drinking as clean as I can and splurge once a week on my weakness just to not deprive myself or fall of the "wagon"...See ya every other day for a good burn, trim down and tone up...
