So I've been doing this workout for 2 months now. Not gonna lie, it took me 4 weeks to finish the whole routine properly. The key is, even though you can't make it on the first try, don't quit! You'll get used to it, and in no time, you'll be able to see the difference! I do 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of arms and this everyday and I've lost 4 kgs. My pants have gone down from 28 to 26. I honesty don't really care that much about my weight but I focus more on how I look. I can see lines on my belly now and it feels amazing. Once you see the result, you become addicted! Be patient and stay motivated! :-)

~ A FEW TIPS ~ if you’re like me and have been doing this workout for a long time and it’s starting to feel easier, you can bump up the difficulty by: - using ankle weights for the leg drops - lowering your legs in the flutters and scissor kicks and/or using light ankle weights - keeping your knee to your chest for a longer amount of time during mountain climbers and/or using ankle weights - using ankle weights for v-crunches - holding weights in your hands during alt toe touches - holding a weight in your hand for russian twists like the video said and/or keeping your legs up instead of touching the floor and using ankle weights if you wish - adding hip twists to the plank to really feel it in those obliques - adding hip abductions to each side plank you shouldn’t add these modifications in all at once, but start off first by adding modifications to the exercises that are easiest for you. as you get stronger, the other exercises will also get easier, and you can add the modification to each exercise as it gets easier. for modifications that use weights, you can adjust the weight of the weights to make it easier/harder as well. ENJOY, and best of luck to everyone working out right now :)

IVE WATCHED THIS BIDEO SO MANY TIMES IVE MEMORIZED WHAT SHES SAYING and I can really see the difference do this and a quick sweat cardio alternating (no more than 10 mins) everyday and you will have abs in like less then a month (depends how hard you workout)

I've been doing this about 4 times a week for the past 1.5 months. The first week I had to keep pausing and stopping. By week 3 I was able to keep up with the video. My stomach is definitely more defined now, can see my oblique muscles now and I have a subtle line down the middle. Keep going guys you can do it! I'll update in another 1.5 months.

BEST WORKOUT EVER!!!! so basically I have been doing this workout everyday since january first 2018. I am naturally skinny and 16 years. I just have a little bit of belly fat what I waned to get rid off ASAP and of course get my abs right. I couldn’t be bothered to go to the gym since all I wanna focus on now are my abs. I’ve been trying to find the perfect ab workout for me personally, and I always came back to this one. ANYWAY what I do is: I really recommend to start of with cardio, doesn’t have to be long 10/20 minutes is perfect. I do the ‘VS model workout 10 min fat burning’ cardio first which makes me sweat a lot and ready for my actual workout. the first days of this workout KILLED me, like I literally couldn’t even get my legs up and down in the first seconds lmao, so I took a few seconds break durning every step to get myself through this workout lol. I truly was dead once I finished but was proud of myself for pushing thru. after about 4/5 days of doing this workout it literally gets so easy, your body basically gets used to the pain and you will be able to actually do this workout in 10 minutes without any breaks, for me personally the V-crunches and the side planks were super hard for me since you need full body strength for them but it gets easy after a few days + I do the russian twist with a 13pounds sport ball to make it harder. since yesterday so (day 7) it honestly got too easy for me I decided to add another workout of her to my routine to make progress go faster and to make it harder for myself which is the ‘9 exercises for a flat stomach workout’ also by her since her workouts are the best!!! you will see different really FAST if you work hard, keep going!!! and are motivated to not give up and of course eat healthy and drink loads of water. you can do it!! you can take 10/20 minutes out of your day to workout, it really will feel amazing once you finish. what I eat for the people that wanna know:: I basically have been vegetarian all my life since the day I was born lmao so I don’t really know any better but cut the JUNKFOOD OFF!!!!!!!!! I know it’s hard since I used to eat so unhealthy when it comes to that typa food but it’s totally worth it. breakfast should be your biggest meal of your whole day since you will basically walk, and be active all day long so you will basically burn all those calories thru the day. for lunch I eat a vegan burger or fruit, just something that will fill my stomach. and then just dinner at night (before 7PM) and then after my workout which is around 8/9PM ill drink my protein shake or protein dessert with no sugar init. its just really important to NOT starve yourself out because, you cant starve yourself out forever which will make you fall back to your old eating habits, so make sure you eat enough and fill your stomach, just healthy and no junkfood :) I really didn’t changed my diet much since I really always have been eating healthy it’s just the junkfood that was really in my way. on sundays I cheat a little and have myself a chocolate bar or whatever I want lmao. and basically ONLY drink water!!! no juice or ‘healthy’ drinks since there are loads of sugars in there too. water will help you burn so fast + it’s amazing for your skin so I really recommend doing this. I hated all of this at first but I got used to it and I’m totally loving this healthy lifestyle now. it’s been 8 days and by doing all of this ^ you can already see such a big difference in my waist and the way my stomach forms itselfs and my belly got flatter. I’m going to keep doing this everyday and I’m super excited to see where my body will be at day 30 or something. I will keep y’all updated in the comments

it’s been 15 days now and I’m still going strong!!! I’m honestly shook with the transformation my waist + belly made in just 15 days. my stomach is literally almost fully flat and you can almost see my abs showing off. I’m not sure how many inches went off my waist but the difference is big!! I even got people telling me that i lost some weight. I truly recommend this workout if you’re looking to get your tummy flat in a short time (my problem was my lower belly fat) :)) and eating healthy ofc

I saw changes after two months of this exercise with some other abs exercise and other cardio activities almost everyday. However I guess I am back to starting again since I ate unhealtily without limits for two weeks and the progress I once had suddenly dropped again. If you really want to have a flatter tummy as I want to have, always put in mind that it takes true dedication and a total lifestyle change. You can cheat but always think of the servings. Let us not give up. We can do it.

*****, I feel you. We are just human and we screw up things and eat bad meal. I ate a lot today too since I attended a party. Feel the remorse and then make it as a lesson that next time, we'll be wiser on the foods we eat and are going to eat. Tomorrow is another chance to make a difference. And hey, you can eat those junks but in small portion once in a while, a treat! I once loved soda and chocolates but I learned to let go of them. It's all about our mind. Recommend doing it once a day! It saves you more time, you don't get that much out of doing it twice and it keeps you a lot more motivated because you don't get as bored of it :)

I've been doing this for about 2 months now and I can really see the difference and honestly there is nothing bad I can say about this. it is such an easy workout to do, although through the first few days or weeks it will be hard but your body just has to gt used to it. Also make sure you eat clean when your doing this because awokrout isn't going to do anything if your eating junk which you really don't need to eat. I did this two times a day and ate clean and I also made some detox water which really kept me away from snacking and I saw results within the first week I had lost 5 pounds and it gets so much easier within time and its so easy to find ten minutes in the day to do this workout. but I wouldn't reccomend anymore than working out 2 times a day because you could really hurt yourself an its just not good for you. Also make sure if your doing two workouts a day that you keep them pretty far apart from eachother, for example i do one in the morning and then one at night. but anyways this has helped me so much and I am so thnakful that I found this video.

I just came across this video again after like 6 years... it was one of the first I ever starting doing in my basement when I was super sick and weak. Eventually I moved from the basement to the gym, and now its 2020 and I've been weight lifting nearly every day for the 6 years since. when I say this routine works,trust me, It really do. I'm doing this routine once a week for 2 months, cause I'm lazy. results? yes I got my 4 packs, lol😂 she's right, lower abs is little harder to build. one more thing, If you wanted better results, don't be like me, work harder... Oellia I do it every day or every other day but...no six pack. Also I limit my fatty/sugary food intake, still not really any results. I have the same lower belly fat I've had since I was young. Lol the struggles of someone with a slow metabolism...

I have been doing this every day with a few modifications (to increase the difficulty). 1. On the flutter kicks, I raise and lower my legs (I keep them mid-way for the scissor kicks) 2. On the Russian twists, I use a 5lb hand weight and I also lift my legs (so it's more like the V sit position) 3. on the side planks, I do hip dips rather than hold static 4. on the second round of leg lifts (first exercise) I add a little reverse crunch while my legs are in the air I am 41 years old and my body looks better now than it ever did in my 20's! I wish I could post a photo here, I legit have 6 pack lines! Thank you for this workout, it's perfect!

The first day I started this I couldn’t even finish each exercise without a little break. I was so exhausted and found it super hard. I kept pushing through the workout. I’ve been doing at least 30 minutes of cardio (running/dancing) 5 days a week and I also do this 10 minute video after my cardio workouts. I have two rest days a week. So far I am on day 16 of my work outs and I really see a difference in my stomach. I don’t have abs simply because I’m still working on the eating clean part. It’s super hard but I’ve been sticking to a certain amount of calories each day and drinking at least 8 cups of water every day. My stomach has become noticeably more flatter. The video does work! But you won’t see results unless you eat more healthy! I still have a little layer of fat so there’s no way you could notice any abs but I do see my stomach getting more tight and firm the more I do this workout. I’m slowly getting the stomach and abs I want! If you just continue to do this workout you will eventually start to see a change in your figure. I set reminders on my phone and in my planner to do this workout. I can now power through the entire workout without stopping!

Leg drops: 🙁 Flutter kicks: 😫 Scissor kicks:😖 Mountain climbers:😣 V-crunches: I can't balance Toe touches: 😓 Russian twists: 😖 Plank: 😵 Side planks: I literally don't feel anything in a side plank, no matter how long I hold a side plank I die every time I do this workout, but it is working! I've always had a flat stomach, but it was just flat. No abs. Now, I got a six pack in a month! Would highly recommend! Also, if you get tired after like one minute, I can relate! You can just take a break by skipping a few exercises! Then keep slowly adding a different exercise each day until you've done the whole workout! Trust me! This is what I did, and it got soooooooo much easier!! Good luck!

The best ab workout ever, i have seen a lot of ab workout videos on youtube, but this suit me perfectly and it really works. I was in the local beauty competition, all the people were staring at my abs, although i did not work so hard :DD. I recommend it everyone, who want to look toned and feel fit. Just did day one. Planning to do the entire month of January as a kicker into 2019, wish me luck Day two= I CAN FEEL THE BURN Day three = ouch I hope I get into the routine and it gets a bit easier. V crunches suck Day four = Today was the easiest day yet, nothing hurt too bad. I’m not going to stop Hey guys! I know it seems like I stopped but I have been doing it consistently still. Just finishes day 8! I’m feeling great Missed a couple days here and there but I’m still going strong. Its important to not beat yourself up for missing a day. Just take that energy and channel it into something productive!

It’s been 5 years and I have tried many other workouts after having success with this (the ones more trendy like Chloe, Pam) but this remains my favorite. It does not hurt my neck, elbow or legs as much, and the results are really clear and long lasting 💪🏻

Hi peeps! To get that summer body ready, I went full on and lost 5kg! in 10 days. It's not that hard just follow the following routine and diet, you'll get there too! Everyday workout: Slim calves - 2 times per day Thigh exercise for losing fat - 2 times per day How to get a six pack - 1 time per day Diet: Morning around 6 - 7am : a piece of toast with 1 scrambled eggs, and with whatever drink you like (better be tea or coffee) Brunch 9 -10 am : an apple or orange Lunch : chicken breast or salmon salad Between lunch and dinner: you can either have another fruit, snug in some pocky or biscuits if you're that hungry Dinner 6 - 8 pm : 1 small bowl of rice or noodles with some veggies and 1 ounce of meat (best without oil and cheese) Strongly recommend to not eat after 8pm at night and drink lots of water to hydrate. Not everyone will lose 5 kg, it fully depends on your body type, but I guarantee this works. Always eat a scoop of ice-cream after dinner if you feel you're too hungry to sleep at night. :)

I've been doing this four or five times a week for the past six months. I'm not so much interested in the six pack as building core strength for cycling and long Alpine climbs. The persistent backache I was getting after about 50 miles has gone and my posture on the bike is so different. I thoroughly recommend this especially for older riders. I'm 64 and do this mornings before breakfast. It really kick starts your engine and sets you up for the day.. And my stomach is now flatter than it was in my 20s. Doing it on an empty stomach, with squats before and push-ups afterwards, has also helped keep my weight down. But just the core strength it gives you is well worth the effort. Great video. Thanks.

@Poppy Latchford my stomach is flatter and upper abs below rib cage are visible now. Below not really visible but when I press that area in it feels really firm. I've only really been eating cleaner since start of year.. Have cut out red and white meat and now plant based but still eating fish. I tend to do this every other day among running and riding. But I do think done every day more visible abs would be likely. Not to bothered about that as I rarely go around with my shirt off in case the stretch marks from losing three stone a few years ago make people squirm 🤣. I'd recommend this workout. Hope it works for you.

Ok so I've been doing this workout every day and drinking a good amount of water too and I can literally _feel_ the difference!! This really works but just make sure to take breaks and don't injure yourself. As long as u take the time to put in the effort and continue to do it u will see results!! Do it for yourself and don't let anyone get u down

I have been doing this for six days now and I'm already really seeing results . My middle line has already appeared and I have two upper little abs at the touch , not visible yet but soon will be . Sometimes I feel too lazy but then remind myself, "it's only been six days and I'm already like this, I must go on". I will try to consistently do this for two months, let's see where it takes me. :)

I’ve been doing this workout video and doing these abs on and off for 7years now! I’ve recently lost my baby boy at 25 weeks. I’m feeling less depressed and after which I’ve gain a little tummy. This video makes me feel great, and is so nostalgic for me now. It’s effective and it burns 🔥 Anywho I came back to this video today feeling less blue and wanting my nice toned tummy again and as therapy. Currently I hurt all over. But it’s the kind of hurt that feels good. I do hope and pray that next time I come back to this bud to get whipped into shape, it’s with a 3 month old taking a nap, while me, mummy is sneaking in my first bit of workout in a year.

I seriously love this workout so much ... now that we’re in quarantine and I don’t have to wake up at 6 for school I wake up for this workout instead!! It really does get easier the more you do it. And all of these exercises are so easy to modify to make it easier or harder depending on your level of strength

First of all, thank you for sharing your expertise with us. I am 57 years old and I watched the 9-minute abs and decided I was ready for the 10-minute abs. I have not completed a class yet. I always conk out on the side planks but I am improving. I have developed a small muffin top ( You can call me" Baby Muffin if you want) and realized that 90% of physical fitness is eating clean and core strength. My workouts have slowly incorporated core over the years. So, thank you for this and for being such a great motivator. ONE MORE THING. After watching " 9 Minute Abs" many times I finally noticed that your cute pup is sitting UP at the beginning of the video!! Take Care! " Baby Muff " !

Wow, tysm for this! I’ve been doing this workout for a few weeks now, and I already have a 4 pack lol. You’re right, lower abs are harder to get, haha. This is definitely the best ab workout I’ve seen so far. I will continue doing this, and we’ll see if I can get a 6 pack, or even an 8 pack hopefully lol.

Lai Jessie haha, uh, I actually kinda just eat whatever lol but, I do try to add a little more protein when I can. I also have been trying to drink more water lately and I think that’s definitely helping.

**2021 I'M STILL DOING IT** I've been doing this for 50 days nonstop. I don't do other workout. I eat clean only in the weekend 😂 I don't really get to drink water a lot during the day, and I drink a glass of sweet milk tea everyday. But guys! I see the abs is coming! I'll definitely keep on doing this everyday! Rebbeca is now the first person I see every morning. Thank you so much, you're super inspiring! I'll keep you updated when I have my ideal sick pack ;)

I lost fifty five pounds between doing this exercise everyday and eating right, though I don't have a six pack after doing this for months I have seen a lot of results in weight loss and I can see the pack forming now

Day 1: holy shit I'm sweating!!! I haven't been doing sports or working out for about two months now, so this was hard. Looking at my abs I can see some slight definition, but not much, as to be expected from the first day. So far I'll be doing this workout, along with some other workouts I've found, and I'm going to be trying to eat cleaner and drink more water. I'll update tomorrow! I'll also answer any questions you have

Hey. I'm almost 12 and I like had to keep stoping and like I basically sucked at it... I'm not fat, not even chubby, it's just I don't have any stomach muscles. Good job though making it through 9 minutes. :)

I am going to start doing this workout twice everyday for 3 months and track my results as time passes. As of now I am physically fit with a decent amount of muscle definition. My goal is to stay in shape while I am out of sports. (A teenager) If you would like me to track my progress please like or comment so I know people would be interested. If not I will just track in my notes👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 P.s I eat normal not tracking anything /more on the healthy side

Jan 2nd ✔️ I loved the difficulty of the workout and how fast it seems to fly by. I feel the burn right away in not just my abs but also arms and legs! It was a little harder because I did the workout twice very close together in time. I think tomorrow I will complete them with a longer time gap In between .👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Jan 3rd ✔️ 2 workouts complete. I was a tad bit sore from yesterday but still managed to finish twice. My stomach feels very tight and firm which makes me even more motivated to keep going. See ya tomorrow!! Who else is doing this workout daily?? How is it going for you?

Jan 4 ✔️ I really spread out the workouts once in the morning and once at night which made it seem a lot less of a task to take on. It can get very frustrating during the ending planks to not just drop and give up. I just have to keep in mind the results of just doing this workout 3 days!! (6 sessions) for motivation 😍😍😍😍😍 I really want to know how this workout is going for others!! Is anybody else seeing great results????
