I find that Rebecca's style of squat is the easiest to follow, and out of all the female exercises videos on KZbin, Rebecca's is the most enjoyable and motivating. Keep going strong Rebecca!

I did this workout and the miley cyrus legs workout and now my legs and butt are now so thick and toned. Like they are now my favorite body part and it makes me feel like Beyonce XD So start working out now! You will seriously see a huge difference after a few weeks.

Zamolxes77 That is not what a FACT is. It was the greeks opinion of a great butt, proportions etc. This is all subjective. There often is a majority who thinks that something has to be this or that way. That doesn't make it a fact just mainstream. The matter of taste is not a fact. Never was, never will be.

I remember doing this work out like 3 years ago and not being able to even use the five pound dumbbells. Now I’m using ten pound dumbbells on each side and doing the WHOLE work out! Thank you Rebecca ❤️

I love this video so much! I did it everyday for one month and now my butt is sooo pearky! It looks amazing in tight jeans and shorts! Its so easy to do (even for me a total couch potato) and super quick, you can fit into your mornings easily or squeeze a session in before bed! Thanks so much XHIT! My butt is ready for summer! :)

She is great. I've never stuck with a work out but her 'just 30 seconds' really help keep me going. I can rest just enough to switch to something new and keep going. I've tried a few things but I'm REALLY feeling the burn. This chick knows just the right moves for quick exercise and big results!!

***** I have a request but idk if it is even possible :) Can we get a butt workout that doesn't involve legs that much? I have been doing this for a month now, but i'm not going to continue as it makes my short&massive legs even more massive and although butt does get perky it actually looks even smaller when upper legs get bigger, i'm starting to look like a weightlifter :(

CountryBeautiful there havebeenmultiple doctor's and plastic surgeons who have gone on record talking about how Kim Ks ass isn't naturally. And has been enhanced due to surgery.

CountryBeautiful maybe just Chloe...but she's a bigger girl. And besides, go take a look at before and after pics of Kim Ks ass from the year 2000 and then to the year 2007, and then look at it now. It's gotten bigger yet she hasn't. The most telling part is her legs. They are little skinny girl legs that don't get thicker towards the thigh like someone with a natural big buts legs would. Her ass just looks like a big fleshy diaper. It's gross.

I started to do this workout at midnight already tired and ready to go sleep. I couldn't finish this workout cause I was so tired and my butt was dying. I crawled on my bed and I was crying cause I couldn't finish this workout, but right now I feel pretty good. (Even though I didn't finish this workout...)

Hello Rebecca, I love your videos, you make me motivated and you are very sympatic. I've started jogging on January and do exercises. I found your Arm fat loss video and I loved it. Mostly I'm exercising with your videos. I'm not loosing too much weight. I'm doing some diet but I should loose weight faster because I will have my wedding in the end of August. I know I haven't gain this weight in 1 week or month, so my body need time to be skinnier and healthier. My job is hard physical job so I can't eat nothing. Can you give me some advice please? I’ve been doing this workout every now and then since last year and I never actually realised that my butt had gotten more toned but my friends and colleagues at work asked me how I got such a nice butt (sounds weird when i think about it but it was a compliment!!) so, I can only recommend this workout!!

I am a personal trainer and knowing from experience doing body weight and light dumbbells isnt going to get you a big butt. A firm butt yes but if you want a big butt, youu need to add weight. Its called overloading your muscles so they can grow

I've been doing this for 2 weeks now, and it has made a HUGE difference for me! I have a naturally small bum, but this workout made them pop. (Probably not as big as Kim K). I've also been trying out your toned arm workout and my biceps and triceps look awesome. I love these workouts and keep up the good work!

Slavka Zittova You're ignorant. If something released toxins, it wouldn't be allowed to be implanted. Yes, some people may have allergic reactions of infection, but getting something altered does not mean that toxins are being put into you. Liposuction only takes fat out. Brow lifts only lift the skin up. Nothing is being added, therefore, how could there be toxins??? Maybe if you have a shit diet or drink and smoke, then maybe, but then again that has nothing to do with plastic surgery. Being happy and not letting people make you feel bad about doing whatever you want to your body is "better".

Misssophisicated 1 No. You should be happy doing whatever you want with your body, be it changing it or keeping it. Wanting to be happier with one's looks and esteem is NOT the same as trying to "fit in a box." Maybe for you, but not for everyone else.

For all those saying she has no butt, it's probably because she just starting really focusing on it, I've been doing this exercise for a year and there's a huge difference...go check out her 2 year later modified version...her butts looking pretty damn good in that one, plus she teaches you more about how to really work it...you go Rebecca, I love your work outs..i combine this one with your other butt ones and I love the 10 min ab video!!

For isolation, bridges. As you get stronger, go for single leg bridges, then add in ankle weights. If you don't have any, you can place a weight or heavy book across you hips (below your navel). Squats are more quad based, but the round everything out. I'd do both if you're really look for change.

These are great workouts. In my opinion Kim's butt look fake as hell. It doesn't go with the rest of her body and certainly not her gene pool...obviously.....as the rest of the family pretty much blew up the PLASTIC SURGEON OBSESSION SECRET to beauty.

She has such a flat butt tho...I tell girls all the time, if you really want to build your booty up, to make it stick out and perky, you have to use weights especially for skinny girls. The weights will significantly help build the booty up and NO not some 2 pound dumbbells.
