I did this workout and the miley cyrus legs workout and now my legs and butt are now so thick and toned. Like they are now my favorite body part and it makes me feel like Beyonce XD So start working out now! You will seriously see a huge difference after a few weeks.

I love this video so much! I did it everyday for one month and now my butt is sooo pearky! It looks amazing in tight jeans and shorts! Her ass just looks like a big fleshy diaper. It's gross.

Mostly I'm exercising with your videos. I'm not loosing too much weight. I'm doing some diet but I should loose weight faster because I will have my wedding in the end of August. I am a personal trainer and knowing from experience doing body weight and light dumbbells isnt going to get you a big butt. A firm butt yes but if you want a big butt, youu need to add weight. Its called overloading your muscles so they can grow

Slavka Zittova You're ignorant. If something released toxins, it wouldn't be allowed to be implanted. Yes, some people may have allergic reactions of infection, but getting something altered does not mean that toxins are being put into you. Liposuction only takes fat out. Brow lifts only lift the skin up. Nothing is being added, therefore, how could there be toxins??? Maybe if you have a shit diet or drink and smoke, then maybe, but then again that has nothing to do with plastic surgery. Being happy and not letting people make you feel bad about doing whatever you want to your body is "better".

For isolation, bridges. As you get stronger, go for single leg bridges, then add in ankle weights. If you don't have any, you can place a weight or heavy book across you hips (below your navel). Squats are more quad based, but the round everything out. I'd do both if you're really look for change.

She has such a flat butt tho...I tell girls all the time, if you really want to build your booty up, to make it stick out and perky, you have to use weights especially for skinny girls. The weights will significantly help build the booty up and NO not some 2 pound dumbbells.
