Why can't we? We can, they didn't harm us and there is nothing wrong with letting them go.Apart from us they also have their friends and families.We won't get any kind of advancement by harming innocent people.Even if you are getting there this is not the right way to express and I am also Ladakhi.

Why this immature media reporters interacting and asking for personal grievances with every walking tourists on the road. For greater cause some sacrifices and inconvenience are bound to happen. Let's not forget our leaders are detained and they all are on hunger strike. Media reporters plz be cooperative be sensitive. 🤬🤬🤬

Ladakh needs our support... it may be inconvenience to tourists but this is what India has come to... and if we the citizens don't stand for each other.. then... this will go on for all States... Let's not make tourism an issue... statehood is a bigger issue than tourism.. and secondly... the LG should arrange transportation for tourists.. call and shout at the LG...

Can't u report on the issues faced by our people in Delhi.. I don't see any videos regarding that in ur channel other than asking tourists about their comfort. Did our people in Delhi get any basic necessities like medicines? These people r tourist they can afford staying at hotel that's why they r here..they will not die in 2 days..if they have medical problem, why would they even come to ladakh? Who invited them here?

Real inconveniences are being faced by our people detained in jail unconstitutionally, with blisters on them, sleeping on dirty floors, under intense heat and mosquitoes and on hunger strike too.

They seem to have forgotten that these tourists are a significant source of their livelihood. 3. The situation is particularly troubling as there were young children among the tourists. Some comments have shown a callous disregard for the tourists' needs, suggesting they can manage without food for a couple of days. 4. Consider how you would feel if a similar situation occurred to you while traveling in another part of India. 5. Many Ladakhi students live and study in other states. What if the local people there had treated them in a similar manner? 6. While I support the rights of Ladakhi people, these actions are completely unjustified. Sonam sir and the other pilgrims were detained by the police, not by the tourists. If you have grievances against the BJP, direct your protests towards them in Leh. 7. Buddhism does not teach us to harm others. These actions are contrary to the principles of the religion. 8. Imagine how you would feel if another state or union territory were to retaliate against Ladakhi tourists due to their own government-related issues.

Most of the people travelling to ladakh only travel for their adventure without any respect for the nature and ecosystem of the place. This issue 'climate and saving Himalayas 'is just not ladakh's issue. On a larger scale it's not only national rather global. Can't these traveller bear a single day of discomfort when ladakhis aged 80 are on padyatra since 1st September.

Standing for your your rights and freedom is one thing but making inconvenience and disruption for common people is another. Shutting down everything for days creates problem for common citizens who has many important works to do, one day is fine but for days shutting down is just unacceptable and undemocratic.

Along with the peace march, special attention has to be paid to the people like medical, airport passengers, tourists, local wedding or marriage ceremony, especially those tourists who are on scheduled departure for Leh-Srinagar and Manali etc., they should be checked out peacefully at the checkpost. Some tourists were happily roaming in Leh, but the situation forced them to leave their bags and programs and go away 👋 bye bye tourist season 2024.
