Mayor’s Office of Culture and the Arts showcases Kapua Reeves who shows you how to make a lei out of foliage and florals from her yard in the wili style while you are at home. You can substitute the leaves and flowers she uses with anything you have around your home or along a walk. This is the third episode of LEI MAKING At Home.
