He is very knowledgeable in Leica history and has a great way of sharing this knowledge and passion with you. He shows what makes the ‘Leica Look’ special, and how he uses it to bring photos to life! He worked with everything from a Leica M8, his first Leica, to the Leica S3 and Leica M10-R and has lots to share about them!

Good Leica talk 👍 that said, the Leica S (typ 006) has a CCD sensor and the Leica S (typ 007) has a CMOS sensor they both do not use CCD sensor.

Thank you for the feedback @Pezinok I didn't think I said this but if I did you are right indeed the S2 and S006 have CCD, the S007 and S3 are CMOS sensors.
