Alex is great at scaling! Keep in mind he’s the one who gave us 100 M offers and leads. But Alex came from sales! Remember, how he explained the entire leverage process? There’s nothing out there that teaches us the main core and then take it from there. I’ve hired 7 people within the last 2 month only following the model. Leila however is great at HR, from her we will learn which person to hire, fire, retain talent, build a team etc. in short I love both of them ❤

Leila and Alex are few of the rare individuals who are honest about running a business. I'm not an entrepreneur, but their messages widen my perspective on work ethic. Everyone should into what they do, especially young adults who are entering the workplace for the first time.

I took notes on everything that Leila talked about. But when it comes to starting a family I would say it’s not the same as making time in your schedule to be CFO of a company like she says. When you have a child your out for 9 months. And it’s a huge transition on your hormones and body. I would be super interested to see how having kids would shift her perspective on life.
