I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

@@s.omarfarooque1486 he only is repetitive when interviewers keep asking the same questions over and over. His depth of knowledge is such he could just explain what he’s doing in real time while working and you could get a never ending stream of useful information. As soon as his work gets repetitive, he writes a book and moves on to learning something new and more challenging

1:28:54 Land Alex on a pod by doing the work. Studying your guest like gane film, writing down each question theyve been asked. Rate each question, and prepare your questions. Be in person but there is a factor of timing that has a play in the scenario, so keep knocking.

The 'lawyers insert themselves into deal outcomes' at time 31:30 is the bane of deals and lawyers. You gotta watch them. AH's approach is spot on - 'make the deal documents easy to read' Abstruse/esoteric phrasing and verbiage in legal documents can give an impression of 'sneaky' and an instinct to distrust the contract. When you show up in court with a deal document readable by the average person, it's hard for the opposite party to claim they 'didn't know what they were getting into' Write your deal document, pass it by your attorney, don't let them convert it to 'lawyer-speak', ask them to correct legally unenforceable parts of the document. Done. .

Amazing episode... Took so many notes. Thank you. Have been waiting for THIS EPISODE So so curious about YOUR creative process here, Eric! How long did you prepare? How often did you go off script? How many questions did you start with, and how many did you end up asking? Who did you engage for the research, and did you get input from Alex's team, maybe even Layla? What got left on the cutting room floor? Did someone off screen say "Bananas" and Alex was parroting them? Is that why he looked to the crew and pointed? That was such a Golden moment your team picked! Also, I'm now moving into more live interviews, in large part bc you're talking about it so much on Marketing School and Alex underscores it here. A few questions about your live setup... It's a simple live setup, and gets the job done well. Curious the equipment choices. No lav mics, no boom mics, just Rode Procaster mics on Rode PSA1 booms. I really wish i could see a behind the scenes... Camera distances and lens choices, lighting, everything. Can you do a Behind the Scenes? Would love a run down of the gear and the specific thinking behind the set(up) and choices made. I most often am going TO my guests, so i need something mobile. I've invested WELL into this, but always curious to... Level Up.

Having done over 600 episodes myself(on my pod), and NOT with stock questions (like Alex was saying he hates), I know how much work goes into this to really be prepared. You made it look easy

Alex is so right. I bought his first book 2 ish years ago. Loved it. Immediately watched the video trainings. Thought, "This guy is insane. In a good way. Who is he? How have i not heard of him yet?" Went to his youtube channel. He had 14k subs. Watched 3 videos that were better than anything else i had consumed. I subscribed. I have clicked and watched every single video in its entirety ever since AND went back and watched all of his old videos AND have an "Alex gold" playlist that i go back to and rewatch on a regular basis. Consistent quality and he does cover topics nobody else covers and brings perspectives nobody else brings. As far as this channel, im enjoying these deep dives with other entrepreneurs where its almost like 2 successful friends bouncing ideas off of each other, talking about advanced strategies not just the same talking points. This appeals possibility to a more advanced audience which might be smaller but more action takers and potential clients or even collaborators.
