Thank you Mark! Yep, some of us don't need to ride a thoroughbred, but are happy on mule. Happy riding.

Finally getting around to watching some of your videos. This Capitol Forest Series is first on the list. I see you mentioned me and Lori earlier in the video. I'd like to visit and ride up there one day but it's got to be in the summer hahaha. About mid-way through part 2. You and Smoke Rudder take care.

Ha ha, thanks. Congrats on retirement! Here's to another good riding season. It's cold and wet here now. It sucks.

I subbed your channel for the tw rides. I’m 60 years old and have ridin since I was 12. I currently have an xr650l but as I’m older it’s weight and height is to much. I’m trying to find a used tw then I will sell my Xr. I also have a vtx1800 for the road and a kdx220r for the woods I bought them both new in 2002. My guess is if I bought a tw that’s about all I would ride as I no longer do long road rides or hard dirt rides. Keep the tw videos coming.

love your vids. Hoping to "upgrade" my 250 klr to a TW200 soon. (thought of the xt250, but the tw200 really intrigues me for the stop and go technical stuff I do). Your vids have inspired me that the TW200 is capable of just about anything. This vid freezes for me and I can only hear sound. Dunno why :(. (nevermind, just found out its my computer).

Matt, I really appreciate all of your support and recent comments. Clearly, I love my tdub, and I try to show here on my channel that it can do it. Good luck with your "upgrade"! Hit me up with any questions, or ask us over on tw200forum.com Check it out if you haven't.

Pretty fun watching your trips, how often do you usually see other guys on these technical single track trails? I might suggest a ride to Packwood Lake eventually if you are down that way.

We usually don't see too many people, but it really just depends on where we are and what day of the week it is. I will look into a Packwood Lake ride. Thanks for the suggestion, and thank you for watching and commenting!

Thanks for posting all this guys, Im pretty familiar with the eastside but there isnt much footage of the westside let alone a complete tour like this. I asked on another video but just in case did you guys happen to track the miles it took to make the loop?
@LeisureTimeLarry3 жыл бұрын
Lack of available footage is the reason I wanted to film and post most of this ride. I'm glad someone is finding it useful. My GPS track from this entire perimeter loop says 56.4 miles.

Is this in Olympia? And if so how to get the GPS on your phone cause im guessing it's not through Google maps
@LeisureTimeLarry5 жыл бұрын
Yes, southwest of Olympia. Avenza is the mapping app. Once installed, search and download maps you are interested in.
