Are there something more? I, several relatives and other Estonians I know have trait that hair color shifting since birth. This color varies both ways and sometimes even quite radically, eg: born light blond and then hair gradually turned pitch-black just before adulthood. (true "kinder surprise" ?) It's also with skin tone darkening with ageing. I know older people valuing it as earned with hard work (fishers & farmers).

I believe this is just a general caucasian thing to happen. I was born light blond and now I have brown hair, my beard has some blond in it though. Arm and leg hair are blond and chest hair is brown. I am from western europe.

I’m from Bulgaria, but I have tiny bit of Estonian blood. People can’t believe that I’m Bulgarian, because I’m so “white”, so Estonian genes are strong 💪🏻

Are Estonians really that much lighter than Scandinavians and Balts? I remember that Finland-Swedes when compared to Estonians were nearly similar in the anthropological research. Same for Finns, Karelians and other related peoples.

Researches and stadies tell Finland has got percentually most blondies in The world. Estonia and Finland have got most blue eyes in the world.

My husband, son of Estonians, has dark brown hair and golden brown eyes. He does not look like a typical Estonian at all. But his brother did.

Not true. I am a Finn and I lived in other countries. Everyone asked If I am from sweden, Germany, Netherland or other Nordic Countries. Nobody never said I Look like asian. The same appllies with other finns or Estonians. Hungarians Look very different, but they do not look like asians.

@@cinderellaandstepsisters About 5-10% of Finnish genes and 3-5% of Estonian genes are Asian. You can do a DNA test and upload your Raw DNA data to Gedmatch to find out how much you have. I'm Finnish and i have ~10% of Asian (Siberian in Gedmatch) in all calculators. Eastern and Northern Finns have more Asian than Western and Southern Finns.
