LEJOG 2 by SUSTRANS route: Part 2: Days 8-11

This is part 2 of what will, I hope, become a 5 or 6 part series displaying photographs and video of our LEJOG ride in 2022.
One of the extra objectives of our LEJOG was to explore some family history locations just north of Manchester. On day 10 we pressed on hard through the drizzle across the Cheshire Plain (using our only full day of tailwind in the whole trip) so that we could spend the night on the outskirts of the conurbation in order to give ourselves time both to do our exploring and also to escape into the countryside on day 11.
