I just made this, and it came out delicious. I did not have cashew nuts, so I used groundnuts. And I added a spoonful of rubbed kasoori methi (uluva ila) at the end, and added a bit of cream. Thanks for posting this recipe.

This came out really well! The only change I made was that I ground coconut with the cashews and poppy seeds which I added to the cooked veggies instead of adding coconut milk. I also added a half tsp of fennel powder to the masala mix.
