Rice Flour- 4 Cups (not roasted)
Egg- 2 nos
Thick Coconut Milk (First Extract)- 1/2 Cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Salt- according to taste
Sesame Seeds (ellu)- 1 - 1 1/2 tbs
Oil- for deep frying

കാണുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ അറിയാം നല്ല crispy, crunchy, സോഫ്റ്റ്‌ അച്ചപ്പം. ഒത്തിരി ഒത്തിരി നന്ദി ചേച്ചി. കുറെ നാളായി ഞാൻ തേങ്ങാപ്പാല് കൊണ്ട് അച്ചപ്പം എങ്ങെനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നെ എന്ന് വിചാരിക്കുന്നു. എനിക്കു ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടം last ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന neyyappama. അമ്മ പണ്ട് അച്ചപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്കു നെയ്യപ്പം കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കി തരുമായിരുന്നു. ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ ഒരുപാട് സമയമെടുക്കും.സുഖമില്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് ippo അമ്മ undakkunnilla
