Yoooo Micah! Add a little corn starch to your flour mix, then do a double fry. First cook about 75% at a slightly lower temp, then again at a higher temp the rest. If you're gonna do a sauce toss you'll never get a soggy result again! Great vid. Glad to see the boat back in action!

I don’t like the taste, of any seafood, at all, BUT I’m a sucker for homemade chips and a Couple cans of Yoo-hoo. It’s my go to drink when I’m on vacation. That being said, I LOVE to go fishing.
