Morrigan already knew there were "gods" out there in dao, such as old gods. She simply likely considered them just very powerful beings (Like Solas considers elven gods to be), I doubt that has changed. She thought that elven gods were myths and in a way they were as they were just an extremely powerful mages in pre-veil world.

Yup, nothing conservative or progressive here. Leliana: bisexual (or pansexual), had plenty of relevant experience due to her highly specialized past. Lots of it was either traumatic or inauthentic to begin with. Morrigan: straight, grew up in largely isolated environment with highly controlling parental figure. She had little if any prior romantic experience, and didn't even have an opportunity to make any friends.

No, they had such a good, contrasting dynamic until the love triangle bullshit. HOT TAKE: I think they are a top tier ship and belong together. The way they have grown in Inquistion I think would allow for them to meet in the middle. Leliana is definitely more jaded and Morrigan softened a bit from her child. They have been through a lot together whether they want to have that conversation or not. There is so much potential.

Leliana is kind to Morrigan at least on a few occasions. Morrigan spews nothing but toxicity and reactivity. Leliana is no saint, but she also questions herself all the time about morality. Morrigan flaunts her selfishness everywhere and cannot care who she hurts. I love that my warden ended up with Leliana and became very good friends with Morrigan and watches Morrigan mature and out of the shadows of her upbringing.

These cutscenes are fan made. The dialogues however happen randomly through normal gameplay, when approaching several trigger points, between two present party members.

Not really, I think at some point they just ask you choose. You can even choose neither as well. Zevran though I think has one scene where Leliana joins you two.
