Hog fat when I’m making sausage. I don’t mix anything if I’m just doing 1lbs packages of ground.

Can’t go wrong with either. I saved some brisket fat for doe meat and it was amazing.

Yes, I do beef fat. 10 to 15%. Makes it ten times better tasting and helps hold it together. Fussy wives and kids won't know their not eating beef. Lol

I might have given it a thumbs up but vertical video, especially on youtube is a crime. It also triggers my migraines.
