My goto weapon. Most of the time i only carry my Two L revolvers, because i’m an idiot and like being at a disadvantage against people. Personal preference. I really wish we could remove our off hand holster so i could carry just one.

you can remove your off hand holster actually, just go to a gunsmith, select customize, whatever weapon you have in your off hand holster select it as your main sidearm and then head to a wardrobe and you can take it off c:

Dual wield with the right cards these guns actually seem like what ive been looking for, just give it the 3 upgrades for accuracy and the rest just falls into place and get used to switching to shotgun shell, i prefer to keep it manual so when a player gets up close, boom.. He gone

Yes I agree. Must own. Need to have 2 of them but must own. Very accurate and more damage than the semi auto pistol and Mauser pistol. I am not nearly as good as a player like you so I benefit from the added damage that it dishes out. Another great video. I love this gun because rather than running dry of ammunition rather than running away to recuperate or pull out a different gun just with a revolver saying *you have till the count of 3* as you load in a buckshot round

Hahaha! Exact same for me. I bought one the moment they were released and went out and shot it for 15 minutes before I came back and bought another. By far my favorite revolver, or sidearm period. I also made one light metal with dark iron woodgrain grip, and one dark blued steel with ivory grip. Same same but different. :) I carried dual for a couple of months but have recently switched to one LeMat and one Sawed-off, as I used to do with a Schofield. Cheers man.

In terms of accuracy, I prefer Schofield. I take longer to aim headshot with LeMat. But LeMat has longer lock-on range with shotgun option. As mentioned, LeMat's reload is shit and it slows your horse while doing so but no such problems with Schofield. I guess there're pros and cons for both weapons. I lean more towards Schofield, though I always use sawed offs for Showdowns lol.

Nice one, bro! We need a test of all revolvers though, and as u did also for the dual wield:)) Its a personal preference and style but I use lemats only for free roam. In pvp the best revolvers for me are the cattleman and doble action, of course always firing in deadeye! The cattlemans are super accurate with fast fire rate and the double actions are even faster then the mausers. Downside is the ammo capacity though, especially vs multiple opponents. Nevertheless, I am reluctant to use pistols as a hardcore western fan and guess what - I am killing quite a few high level mauser and semi auto users with my revolvers;) would love to see the numbers though - reload times, accuracy with faster firerate since on the double actions there is definitely some recoil and mb lock on ranges although they seems to be the same. Imo the three most important characterisitcs of a revolver are the fire rate, accuracy/recoil and reload time, if we take lock on range as given for all:) so, please do some quality testing!:)

I actually made such video with all the testings, but haven't released it even in russian since LeMat was released the day when i was about to upload that video :) So maybe i'll remake it. But from my testings cattleman and DA revolvers are pretty good (that fact surprised me a lot atm)

@@PVPCat man u should release it fosu! I have tested those guns in quite a few high levelngames and they are amazing, but I want to see those numbers really bad! And besides you have the numbers for the lemat already, so comparison will be quite easy:) then next stop will be inter gun class comparisson - pistols vs top performing revolvers. One issue that nobody tackles when evaluating guns is the metric of how many shots u need in oder to place a hs while spaming fire which is basically the playstyle with pistols. It is not necessary 1, because of the recoil. This ratio is very close to 1 (or 2 with nwo) for the cattleman though, or at least this is what i have experienced. This means that in the end a 50$ gun is on par with a 600$ pistol in terms of efficiency and thus value for money:) pls test those theories i think many people will be happy:)

I know this is an old ass video but in my personal experience with the LeMat, it's most effective with dual wield while using the ability cards Paint it Black and the dual wield card for accuracy because they are not very accurate unless you aim and wait for maximum effectiveness. If you have tried that then you know it's not reliable in a fight with other players. The biggest downfall of this gun though is the reload. You can get killed very quickly just trying to reload. I think we can all agree on one thing though, these are the prettiest guns in the game and there are so many ways to customize the look to make it unique to your character.

If you had to choose between Lemats and Mausers, and only could use your choice for the time this game lasts...what would you pick? Bought the Mausers today and they feel more fluid than Lemats which i used for a while. Lemats damage are higher per shot for sure...but it can't compete with Mausers fire rate, which makes up for that and also means faster increase of Winning Streak.

I'm dissapointed that the reloading animation is the same as other revolvers, even though it's a cap and ball gun. In reality you would have to put powder in the barrel, then push in the lead ball and watting, then put a percussion cap on the cylinder.

Mauser is better for headshots with pib, lemat - for body shots. + Revolvers in general have 1 advantage over pistols - you carry 200 bullets, not 100.

@OnlyPVPCat I’ve been simply using Cattleman Revolver since day 1, I enjoy fanning revolvers and don’t wish to dual wield. I’m considering getting the LeMat, Schofield or Double Action. Which of these 3 do you think has the best range and fanning potential?

LeMat is quite fast for fanning, has 3 more rounds than others and has the better range (I believe). Plus a quick shotgun. It's fun. Schofield has many die-hard fans and I'm pretty sure fans faster, but I got too used to the 9 shots vs the 6 shots to go back. Can't quite speak to the DA, but you kinda need PIB to make them work right. I also use the LeMat without dual wield... but will dual wield with a Sawed Off when in shotgun mode; gives you 3 shotgun blasts and a free single revolver with that playstyle. Because of this I have a hard time finding a better sidearm combo or one that's more fun. Plus, if you like incendiary shot for griefers, you can save ammo because the LeMat can't use it. So you get one buckshot and one incendiary shot out quickly, instead of potentially wasting a second incendiary. Last note- if you want the fastest shotgun blasts for the 3 rounds, you need the sawed off in the right hand. I set my quick select to the LeMat for regular pistol play, but doing so means a slightly slower draw-and-shoot speed for the revolver. But you get a very fast 1-2-3 for the shotguns. Hope that made sense. Enjoy!

@@nickmclean4004 I went with LeMatt shortly after making the post above. I love using the shotgun with that thing! I've trained myself to try and take down targets in 3-4shots then reload those 3-4 bullets, that way most of the time i'm full on ammo. it's faster to load 3-4 than it is all 10.
