Slow Steady stacked with unblinking eye is my base build for PVE. The other two take your pick. If you are halfway decent in free aim this tank base will always see you through the battle.

In my leveling process i turned to you, im a beast now. Being a high lvl player lowbies ask me lots of questions and i always answer them and then direct them to you for more details and tell them you tought me. Numbah 1 RDO youtuber hands down. You just hit it on the nail every vid.

Hella late on his board, but is gunslingers choice mostly for low damage pistols but fast shooting or does it give abilities to double navy revolvers as well?

@@brandondoss1151 it applies to all but not all actually get a benifit. Like navy revolvers for instance. You use them and against a no def build player it will take 1 less bullet to kill but if you use lets say semi autos it will be the same amount of bullets. In my opinion its best use is gunslinger combined with winning streak and iron lung or never without one and the headband most the def is just so u dont get 1 tapped by things like snipers or shotguns nearly as often. Pair that with semi autos or double actions. Particularly double actions have a unique reaction with gunslingers and it makes them go from near shotgun accuracy to near perfect aim and almost impossible to miss. Navys are a good choice as well for ammo purposes but if u want raw killing power semi auto/mauser/double actions are your best bet for fastest killing.

You don't need ability cards to one-shot to the body with carcano. Simply use any ammo other than normal and you will one-shot kill or down your opponents .

Lately I've been running two builds: Dual Navy Revolvers as my primary weapon with PIB, Gunslinger's Choice, Cold Blooded, and Peak Condition. Lancaster Repeater as my primary weapon with PIB, Iron Lung, Peak Condition, and Cold Blooded. What do you think about these loadouts? SnS can be countered. Consider using your bolas, it's costly but it will incapacitate them long enough for you or your team to finish them off. RB Rifle also good. SnS is a tank build (most games have them lol). The problem is that combined with fool me once, gift of focus and Iron Lung. SnS does become ridiculously OP. Still can be beaten without the need for explosive ammo etc.

@@PVPCat very true!!! Than we should say that dynamite arrows(and all explo/incendiary rounds imo) should be nerfed by themselves and/or in cooperation with PIB. The reson pib is strong is that is an offensive card and moatly good players will use it. Its dead eye use has been once more increased, so i defenitely hope no more nerfs in the future!!!! As u said passive defensive ability cards r already the strongest.....should the game not go more in the direction " the better wins" rather than "the one eating more shots wins"??? We already have 30 lvl 3 health tonics and 20 minty big game available in the weapon wheel!!!🙈😳

@@xyry4148 I don't personally think that any dead eye card is OP. It's some of the passive ability cards that pair with them. Fool me once is one of those. I admittedly use it regardless of whether I'm using PIB, FF or Slippery. Off topic. I miss using Slippery, was better before it was nerfed.

Is Live for the Fight/The Gift of Focus actually worth 2 slots? Because I've been using it and it still seems slow even with LftF at level 3 and TGoF at level 2. I use it for PvE btw, but I'm struggling with harder content like level 4 Legendary Bounties solo. I feel like I maybe need to have a more leveled health and a defensive card build.

Yeah, PIB its so OP, its ridiculous, I wouldn't mind it if it was only a thing in the story mode. But in a Online mode we can use Practically an aimbot? But the funniest part it's that I use PIB, but I dont have choice most of times, cuz the griefers (when i encounter one, it's hard now with the implementation of the low population lobbies) I need to use that card, if I dont pretty much I will have a hard time dealing with those griefers

I don’t understand you types of players. I respect the fuck out of pvp and free aim of course. I am a pvp type myself, however what do you expect? That’s the type of game this is. It’s made to use auto-aim as standard. What they need to do is make it so that there are dedicated sessions for free aim/auto-aim. That way free-aim players don’t have to go up against auto-aim players because in that situation you will always lose.

PIB + SM + CB + Eye for an eye/Live for the fight (if no PVP)

for free roam only the best one would be either a moment to recuperate that dead eye card can be used to gain health and the first passive card would be gun slinger choice because that one can make you have the most accurate guns in the game if you hold 2 pistols with that card and the second passive card cold blooded and strange medicine as the final because that will help health fill up almost instantly if you activate deadeye while killing AI on low health. if you want a powerful damage and health set up just swap out the deadeye card and replace it with sharp shooter but leave the rest of the passive cards as it is but replacing it with sharp shooter will make the health regain slower since you only have cold blooded and strange medicine left but those 4 cards are pretty fun if your doing 5 star bounties.

I'd say the best overall setup is PiB, iron lung, peak condition and fool me once, I found that it's a build that is great for every situation in free roam both for pve and pvp

THE GAME IS DEAD. Rockstar ruined the game so bad. Why empty lobbies? We want heists train robbery and action western stuff not chasing npc animals on an empty map of players. If you're like me and love the idea of cavalry fighting, Horseman can actually be good. Combining Horseman, Sharpshooter, Landon's Patience while using the Rolling Block is brutal, it does over 201 damage with a body shot, and only the tankiest of builds can survive such a shot, let alone a perfectly placed headshot! Landon's can often fully recharge by the time someone respawns to try to get revenge on you. You have a horse, so if they respawn sooner, run a hundred meters away, reset your position, and take aim again. I had a griefer pick on me for no reason while I was collecting items, so I got on my horse, pulled out a shotgun, and one-shot him up close (Horseman and LP make the Double Barrel a cannon), rode off a short distance, and then launched repeated fully charged Rolling Block shots into him as he kept trying to return to me for revenge. He gave up after dying 4 times in a row. Make sure if they are also on a horse to kill their horse after you kill them, to make the time for them to get back to you again slower by them maybe relying on a slower stabled horse. I play on Defensive mode always, so no one can auto-aim me, which as I'm on horseback means they'll have trouble landing any shots, especially if using proper horseback combat tactics such as running alongside them instead of headfirst at them, forcing them to have to try and track you while they're often a stationary target. This works great with shotguns as they'll struggle to get a good shot in as you have them lined up and close in rapidly to launch a devastating blast that'll more often than not one-shot them from a distance further than you'd expect. Using a shotgun like this, I'd recommend replacing Sharpshooter with Peak Conditioning for some more pep.

thanks for answering all these good questions. I have one though. I'm so much into grieving griefers in free roam so have you tested what happens if a player with the most damage sniper build (focus fire, sharp shooter, landon's patience and peak condition) shot against another with the most defensive tank build (slow and steady, strange medicine, fool me once and iron lung)? How many shots needed to kill the tank build with sniper build? assuming both dead eyes are active and they are shooting against each other of course. Sorry if that is too much involved but this question is always haunting me.

For pvp I like the card that makes it so your deadeye heals you, plus the one that give you deadeye when you take damage. Deadeye recharges health, damage recharges deadeye, but I'm never sure what to pick for the other two. If I made them damage reduction cards would it make the one that gives you deadeye for taking damage less effective since I'd be taking less damage? (Sorry, I never remember the names of the cards.)

Need some help with what dead eye ability I should choose: I play mostly assault class, lots of shotgun rushing, and mostly PVE. For weapons I use a Pump Action Shotgun, Dual Mauser Pistols and a Lancaster Repeater. For my passive abilities I have been using Iron Lung, Peak Condition and Fool Me Once and they've been working perfectly. My friend uses Quite An Inspiration which gets me some health back. I just can't seem to find a dead eye ability card that seems to work for my playstyle. Any opinions would be great.

Is there a pvp mode where radar is turned off? I really dislike having a magic radar that tells me where people are and vise versa. (wouldn't be so bad if it wouldn't show people who aren't in the line of sight or people who were behind you)
