Motörhead is like our Beatles. It helps if you are or were a motorhead yourself and lived. The band starts to make more sense. The music embodies the drug perfectly. Do it long enough it becomes part of your persona and yeah motörhead makes perfect sense whether you still turn on or not. Rock n Roll. Today I drove down Lake Shore Drive in Chicago at 7am this morning at top speed listening to the NO SLEEP AT ALL live album and rolled down the window once I got to the John Hancock on Michigan Ave to represent Rock n Roll. Felt like a damn viking. Eat The Rich!!!!

The gentleman. Beautiful turn of phrase and pure soul. Even though his music wasn't at the fore of my rotation, I admire the man. My regret is not meeting him since I lived not far. Also think about that. Of all the celebrity out there, I can safely say I could meet this legend if he were still alive because he was a real person. If I'm lucky I'll end up saying the same or some other on all the vids referencing Lemmy eventually. They're so many after all. Cheers this man. Lemmy is not your typical uptight English kwanker, most of them act like Simon Cowell, that's why he moved to LA. His image does not match, what comes out of his mouth, he is a gentleman, and a nice guy. He ran Motorhead for a long time, he was allways there, good ole reliable Motorhead , until the very end. I have good memories , my late best friends son was named Lemmy, in honor of Lemmy. That Lemmy is alive and kicking, they both resemble real Lemmy. Just missing the warts.
