■ Ingredients (for one person)
・Spaghetti: 100g
・Asparagus: 2 ・Bacon: 2 ・Olive oil: 1 tablespoon ・Salt: A pinch ・Butter (salted): 10g
・Grated cheese: 1 tablespoon ・Coarsely ground black pepper: Appropriate amount ・Lemon: 1/4
■Preparation ・Cut off 1 cm from the root of the asparagus, peel off the bottom 3 to 4 cm with a peeler, and cut into 5 mm wide diagonal slices.
・Cut the bacon slices into 3 cm wide pieces.
■How to make
1. Boil the spaghetti and put it in a colander.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, stir fry asparagus, add bacon, spaghetti and salt and stir fry while mixing.
3. When the bacon is cooked, turn off the heat, add butter and mix well while melting.
4. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese, coarsely ground black pepper, and garnish with lemon wedges to complete.
