Just made these for my wife and daughter, and they loved them. I served them up with pan-fried mini golden potatoes and sautéed mushrooms instead of mashed potatoes and asparagus. I love lamb chops but have never made them myself because I'm too intimidated. Well, yesterday I saw some pretty chops at the farmer's market and finally decided to try. This recipe was perfect. @@jascott1983 Hi, Just a suggestion...you may want to cook it slightly more than Mr. Make it Happen; only because Lamb has a slightly gamey flavor, and more time would tend to "cook" it out. Also, finish it under the broiler pan for a couple of minutes, basting with the compound butter. And let it rest for 5 minutes to keep it juicy 😋 Enjoy! 👌

I love the fact that you ACTUALLY season your meats, salt and pepper is not seasoning, all it does is just stops your food from tasting like nothing, it doesn't infused much real flavor I love that no matter the meat you give it a proper seasoning rub
