1 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon zest
3 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
Lemon Simple Syrup:
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water
Lemon Icing:
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
