Very creative idea! Not a big fan of celery, so I would probably top the Buffalo Burger with a nice slice of red onion, but that's just personal taste. Have you tried these with a slice of cheese?

You know I thought about dressing like a regular burger but because it was a buffalo burger I did it as they do wings...however I didnt eat the celery just for show...lol! I did think about adding cheese to it but I thought people are going to think I'm crazy just making this and then adding cheese...lol!

U didn't eat the peelings on the lemon? I think it would be nasty cuz I love orange chicken but by accident I bit into a orange peel once and yuck boy I almost didn't want orange chicken no more but now I carefully pick them out😂😂

@@seanreid9938 It is possible to cook a lemon slice so the the peel gets tender and mild, but it looks like raw lemon slices in the video. It's the white part of the skin called the "pith" that tastes bitter. Sprinkling the burger with more zest or even with some juice would be great, but I would probably avoid the pith. I have made the Buffalo burger and it was delicious. I haven't made the lemon-pepper version, so all I can offer is my best guess.
