I'm sorry, but how are lemon pepper wings "west coast"? They're from Atlanta, which is in the southeast. Just look at the name of the city. It's called "Atlanta," not "Pacifica". If anything They're more east coast than west coast.

I know, No offense but, I went to a Resturant, and they have some Buffalo Wings with Waffle Fries, I mean the Buffalo Sauce its has a made a Hot Sauce of Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce, Mild type of Butter, and some lots of Tangy Ness of Vinegar, Wine Vinegar, Red Wine Vinegar, its like smell of its coming of my taste buds, and its catchy, and I love it, but thanks@@hanzlopez5888

The wings look amazing! I would vote for the lemon-pepper. One - I am a hot sauce weenie and two - that green ranch made me drool. And yes, would love a longer video on making the herb powders. I grow my own herbs and am just starting to explore more of this.

Buffalo is going to have to take it for me. I aspire to live up in Massachusetts and lemon pepper hasn't really ever hit the spot. I'd love to try to make the seasoning from scratch though. I adore the idea of our own powders and seasonings, and hope to see it in the future soon!

You should try a sweet chili garlic sauce with lemon pepper rub. One of the popular wing places near where I live has a sauce/rub list from you to choose from and this one is by far one of my favorite combos and I still make this sauce to this day at home for wings. Just any Thai chili sauce and throw some fresh garlic and ginger in there and let it cook down a bit and then toss with the lemon pepper wings
