Lemon tiramisu without eggs and without mascarpone is an easy dessert to make, but also fresh and light. A delicate taste that will win you over, ideal as a dessert after a meal, but also as a fresh snack. It is a no-bake dessert.
INGREDIENTS for 6-8 people (20x30 cm pan):
For eggless custard:
500 ml of milk (vegetable or animal)
90 g of sugar
50 g of corn starch
zest of an organic lemon
pinch of turmeric
For the remaining cream:
500 ml of cream
2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
