我不清楚麥芽溫度多高，會接觸到高溫的食品容器大概都是用PP，耐熱大概都在110~120，如果沒超過就還好。

@@単単-n4l 查詢麥芽糖熔點102～103，再煮到邊緣沸騰起泡應該超過120，而且不超過極限值應該只是不會熔化，但還是會有析出塑化劑，而越高溫析出的就越多

It's the season for delicious strawberry daifuku! Of all the Japanese sweets, I like strawberry daifuku the most. If you visit Japan in the winter, I recommend you try strawberry daifuku and kiwi daifuku!

Не представляю какой вкус у того ,что получилось из рисового молока. Да его как-то обрабатывают паром, но в моем представлении это что-то сырое. Смотреть было интересно, но пробовать я бы не рискнула. Любопытно чего бы не стали пробовать эти люди из европейских сладостей?

Why boiled the maltose?? What does it do to the mochi? Will it stretch more if the added maltose is boiled first?

The mochi skin made by mixing rice and maltose can be more elastic, and it will not harden when stored in the refrigerator!👍

Taiwanese sweets are not often flavored with these spices😂 I think the rich spices and unique taste are the characteristics of Indian food, Taiwan can also learn and apply in Taiwan cuisine👍
