I tried this the other day, because I am from the UK it doesn’t have the broil function. I used the grill function which didn’t work the chicken was perfect. The rice was undercooked and the broccoli was burnt so possibly use the sear/sauté function if your in the UK

Ive found the same! Not much UK based recipes. I even bought a book but it was all about cooking on the cooker rather than the ninja even though it was a ninja foodie book.

I have the Ninja Coffee Bar, Two Ninja air fryers, Ninja 4-in-1 and a Ninja blender. I still have my 3 qt Instant Pot, but this is very interesting. i love all my Ninja products, and a I am sure I'd love this.

Please season before you cook the chicken. The pressure will push the flavor into the chicken
