Are the ones shown in this video qualified enough to comment on a more learned and experienced woman like Lena? Its really interesting to know more about the unknown. Loved her interview. Spirituality cannot be understood by a Layman. So those who sit and argue and debate have to grow .....grow a lot

ഓരോ വ്യക്തിയുടെയും അനുഭവം വ്യത്യസ്തം ആണ്. ദയവായി ഇതൊക്കെ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യേണ്ട ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല. Spiritual journey ആരംഭിച്ച ആൾക്ക് ഉള്ള അനുഭവം പറഞ്ഞു ഫലിപ്പിക്കുക പാടാണ് ആരും ആരെയും misunderstood വേണ്ട. What Lena has expressed should be her true experience. If you observe majority of spiritual masters and their life , you can very well resemble to her experiences. And clearly she expressed that she did meditate after consuming that magic mushroom which led to that experience. So it is the meditation that played the role, mushroom was just a catalyst. Just because it is not in your experience or accepted in scientific community doesn't mean it cannot be true. Science is in the path of progress, we have seen that as it evolves many of the old theories collapse and new one emerges. So let's not try to measure spiritual experiences on a scientific basis. Keep an open mindset and see what she offers.

എല്ലാവരും ഒരുപോലെ കാണാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രോഗ്രാമാണ് out of focus . ഇപ്പോൾ കുറച്ചു നാളായി വ്യക്തിഗത കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കാണിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ പരിപാടി നശിപ്പിക്കുവാനാണോ അതോ കൂടുതൽ reach കിട്ടാനോ . എന്തായാലും അത് റിവേഴ്‌സ് ആയി പണി കിട്ടാനാണ് സാധ്യത.

Lena is a celebrity who has influence on a large section of society.. when she say such irresponsible talk, let media talk about it .. Let people take mental health seriously ..

How do you even know she was irresponsible? Do you even know the amount of research and literature works that are available on past life regression in psychology? Many lives many masters written by American Psychiatrist Dr Brian Weiss and Keepers of the Garden written by Hypnotherapist Dolores Canon are the most notable books available on this. Do not make irresponsible judgements without any knowledge on the subject.

@@sapien9567 പിന്നെ ജീവിതവും പുസ്തകവും തമ്മിൽ ഏറെ ദൂരം ഉണ്ട്.. Mental health struggle is real .. Even all the physical illness can have that rebirth link.. But you would never say don't take any medicines for a cancer !! And the book , or knowledge about rebirth ,or experience about rebirth may not help you overcome that !! And every medicines have side effects.. People would still take treatment for physical illness .. Becz majority goes through the physical illness and society has an understanding .. When it comes to mental illness , only a minority knows about it.. So ignorance is also high .. People give advice for things they have not experienced ..just like a cancer or any other physical illness cannot be cured by knowing that rebirth exists, mental illness also won't. You need treatment . You might be knowing about suffering of physical illness .. There is a higher suffering for a mental illness.. Atleast let the medicine reduce a portion of that suffering ..Let those people also have better life ..

Lena has not done MPhil Clinical Psychology course. So she cannot call herself a Clinical Psychologist.. Her spiritual experience was followed by her intake of magic mushroom and meditation. Considering the sudden shift/ change in her behaviour(she herself mentioned in the interview that her family members themselves noticed her behavioural changes and noticed that it was a sudden change). Considering the sudden behavioral changes which happened in 2004( as reported by Lena herself in the interview ) it is not convincing to believe that this is spiritual awakening. It could be due to the intake of substance/ organicity.
