Sad to know this. But got new insights via this video for preventing such incidents. If cheques are bounced then as per then as per rules you can go to court and these guys can be put in jail for this. Hope you meet a competent lawyer for this who can guide you more on getting your trapped amount back.

Include more people and try using criminal sections. In Civil case you will keep getting date par date. File an FIR in EOW then only they will Listen to you. Make party to another lender also how they can mortgage a property which is already bound with your agreement.

@@tradingwizard562 there is stock market, gold, property ,etc to invest safely. Giving out loans to get exorbitant rates of interest like 30%,etc is just greed. If a man dont have the muscle power to recover underhand loans, he shouldnt give loans , simple. Banks have police and muscle power plus they take verified collateral before giving loans.

Asrani's all project in Chembur have came to halt. Lending against inventory that too whose registration is not done is too risky. Lending loan to developer is a big headache.

Motilal Oswal bhi chor hai sir , Mujhe home loan offer kiya tha 10.5% , fir actual laga 14.5% and fir 3 saal baad bada diya 15.6 % for home loan , 12.6 L loan par 8 year me 15-16 L emi bharne par bhi balance 12L , flat bhech kar paise pay kar diya. Har baat ka paise lete hai statment lena hai to 2360 Rs ..Bad experience Motilal oswal home loan don't take from them any loan before read all conditions
