my amd loq model faced display dead issue few months ago. I contact with their premium care service and within 5 days they send a technician who replace the display and also got 230W adapter absolutely free. Their behavior is customer friendly and if you are under warranty, there is no hassle.

Are there issues with 2023 13 generation intel Loq models as well? Mine has the rtx 3050 6gb and intel I5 13420H. The warranty just ran out and i havent had any issues, but i havent had time to use it much either. I tried a game to push the laptop tonight (Battlefront 2 2017 on ultra). It ran perfect at over 120fps and the cpu stayed in the 70c-77c range. Weird thing though, when tge vame first boots up or i end it..cpu hits 90c for just a second. Then back down to 70s. Does it everytime. Im scared the motherboard will go like everyone elses..and i dont have the money to replace it 😔

Contact the customer care and tell them your problem and most probably they will send you a 230 watt charger as the current one can't keep up with the power consumption.

Even after all the complaints and reports, i still decided to buy LoQ bcz some youtubers said 12th gen chips aren't facing any issues but my i5-12450hx 3050 6gb, which i bought 25th August, just died yesterday, on 12th Oct, while i was playing, battery was 80%, plugged in and temp wasn't too high either. And it's completely dead. No charging indicator. Pressing the NOVO button did nothing either. I've emailed Lenovo and they replied soon after. They said they'll contact me within 8hrs again. I'll see what happens. It was my 1st laptop ever, i really hope the mobo isn't dead😢

@revenant8061 battery life is not that great cuz it's a performance laptop, but if you use it on power saving, don't do multitasking, then you can expect somewhere around 3-4 hrs of battery life
