How do I tell what type or keypad? Type on back says 20R5-A000US

You can check the Lenovo website pcsupport.lenovo.com, under " part look up" you can see the exact part you need 😉

Is it the same process on all generations? I have gen3. Wich gen is shown in the video?

For Gen 3, the process is different. It has 2 screws in the bottom, the slide the keyboard up. We are working on a video for this model. 👋👋
