It's probably because he does martial arts. When I used to take martial arts, we stretch before every lesson and I had two lessons each day, five days a week, so it was a lot of stretching. From what I've read, Leo's been doing martial arts for a long time (and probably way more than I did), so I guess that explains his flexibility!
