So sad, no one could save Nancy. About 20 years ago I saw a painting in the Chelsea Hotel NYC that was dedicated to Nancy (on the 4th floor, the floor that Leonard lived on). Her memory lives on with friends and those that listen to this song.

As great as you are man you will never be greater than yourself” I told her I didn’t really care. That was not true. Leonard is a liar. I don’t even know what he is suggesting by the house of mystery. I have always been with her in the house of love and there is plenty of mystery there.
