A much easier way to slice cinnamon roll dough is with dental floss (or some sort of similarly srong/sharp string etc), the rolls end up much less squished!

The 3rd October is also a holiday in Germany. And it’s kinda like a funny tradition in my hometown to celebrate this holiday by driving to the Netherlands for cheap grocery shopping 😂😂😂

Man I really miss all the random festivals and celebrations in the Netherlands! I lived in Nijmegen for a year and I'm still, almost ten years later, baffled by the "ascension day festival" in the city center. Lucky for me ascension day fell on my birthday that year, so I got an amazing birthday party!

Wow i did not know that the 3rd of October’s also a holiday in the Netherlands! In Germany it’s the ‘day of German unity which is probably the most important holiday here. It celebrates the fall of the Berlin Wall and the official reunification that followed in 1990.
